I'm not too sure I would believe that children are being EATEN...but CHRISTIANS in the middle East ARE being murdered. What, you think a HS cook from Iraq who was FORCED to leave or die....would show me a photo of her missing sister just to get me to believe we need to go to war? Do you think the 90 year old Assyrian woman, with tears in her eyes, telling me of the murder of most of her family by "ISIS", simply is a PLOY to get ME, a nobody ophthalmic tech, to believe that I should go grab a gun, (or support the grabbing of guns), and go fight in the middle east for her people? That the ophthalmologist I work for would donate $800.00 a month to help his people left in Iraq, (yet tell me to save money in any way I can for his practice), because he was "brainwashed" by those same people, (He was raised in the US and not in Iraq)?

I worked for this doc again today...and just about every Assyrian patient I saw today had a story of a cousin, a sister, a brother...ENTIRE FAMILIES....who were kidnapped and are still missing.....

This is NOT just about trying to get us to go to war...in my mind, this is another Crusade.....

This article has all the workings of a propaganda mill. We already know what they are capable of. So why the fake story with no video and no source of the location of where the interview took place. Finally, it hasn't even been a natonal headline covering it accross the globe.

I'm not buying it. I know they are twisted, self destructive primitive animals. I don't need a stupid rake article detailing the horrors about it to make my mind up about ISIL.

My personal resolution-Send in a division of soldiers with all the support needed-aircraft/veihicles/support vehicles/intel.

Start in Iraq

No rules of engagement-No arrests-No bargains.

Locate any hostile insurgent and terminate them with extreme prejudice. If they have hostages? Kill them anyhow. Damn the hostages, they were going to die anyway.

Destroy every peice of equipment that they secure. Slowly but surely every single one of them will die.

I wish we had bidedal mechs like I seen in that new movie "Robocop 2014"-Shoot at it and see what happens. I guarantee they will c,rap their pants at the sight of a autonomous bidedal mech armed to the teeth.

I obviously don't know for sure because all our information is fed to us and I know that film can be altered completely as in the Miners charge during the miner's strikes in the UK and our Pole Tax news reels - purely because one of the camera men is a very good and long standing friend who told me - what was televised was not what he filmed.

Its as though ISIS is being dramatized purely to shock and disgust and we never get to the bottom of why they are not attacking Israel - which they would be were they legitimate. Something is wrong, wrong, wrong.

I have to agree with you that sometimes media people manipulate the news and also that there is really something amiss with this whole ISIS thing.

I mean, for starters, where do they get their funding? Maintaining an army is an expensive endeavor. Hardware, food, soldiers' pay, transportation, fuel, etc. And given that they are pretty active, they must burn paper really quick.

And yeah, the why part of it all. Motive. A jihad? Trying to establish a religious foothold in the entire middle east just like the caliphates of old? Then what? Launch an offensive against the most powerful European nations including Rome?

Or a false flag black ops again? Conquering nation after nation, replacing them with puppet leaders then coming in with "foreign aid" like...oil, mining and tech companies?

What I am saying is this- what you list here as a handful of atrocities are by FAR not the end-all or worst acts of man around the globe. For every Christian killed or displaced there are thousands of other people being murdered, sold, butchered and raped for nefarious reasons that our entire culture is ignoring or unaware of.

Your TV is focusing you on this. So you can get behind another 2 decades of war or more.

And you will not lose a minute's sleep over unreported atrocities while you feel so damn focused on those televised and fed to you.

Darfur Genocide? Ignore such things. It did not elicit response or outrage. In fact- most folks today never heard of such a thing.

What I am saying is this- I am NOT jabbing anyone.

I am sick of the "common Western mind" raised on sugar water and "dumb-down-TV" sending our youth to die on a pre-selected basis balanced on profit and sensationalism.

I have friends from all over the world- including a dear Syrian friend who lost his family. I also am very very close with many people from middle eastern areas of conflict who have suffered from terror from our side.

Dig out a few families and realize that you paid for the death under the rubble.

Then tell me more about your "pictures of missing Christians" and all the nonsense your TV has shoved inside your mind so you didn;t have to suffer "picking what you care about" on your own.

That's not what I visualise.....

Its a war zone, dirt ... tanks.... weapons... searching for her chid

for days??? Comes across a group of soldiers ... asks if they have

seen her son. She is told he is some miles away and he will be sent

for. She is offered shelter and food while she is waiting in the rubble

of destroyed buildings ... sitting on the ground (no tables or chairs

here.) she is tired from walking and hasn't eaten for days.

She has probably been given a bowl of rice with a meaty type

of stew, (not meat veg and Yorkshire puds.)

I respect your opinion and why you believe the story but something about it still does not pass to me..call it a gut instinct. It is feasable with more info such as how long was the old woman made to wait? was there time to kill/butcher/cook the son?..etc.
To note..I have never denied or thought any previous actions by Daesh were untrue or faked..this one stinks to me.
