The video itself and the user seems to think that it's tracking the end of the world via radar.

Stanley R. Mickelsen Safeguard Complex – Google Earth coordinates: 48°35’22.04″N 98°21’24.07″W

The Stanley R. Mickelsen Safeguard Complex was a cluster of military (underground) facilities near Grand Forks, North Dakota that supported the United States Army’s Safeguard anti-ballistic missile program.

Officially, the site is deactivated and abandoned, but we may wonder whether there is still activity (military or TPTB) in the underground bunker or not.

Thoughts?

There was an actual pyramid structure at Area 51 at one time? Interesting. That is news to me.

Thanks for sharing.

The all seeing eye on this structure in the video is very interesting though.

very close to it anyway. lower and to the west. you used to be able to see a gold pyramid on Google earth and then the next time I looked it was just a triangle shape in the dirt.

It's a missile radar not silo. Silos are built underground. Several radars similar to this one are out there still. They were part of the missile warning net and attempted defense system.

Do those things usually have the "All Seeing Eye" somewhere on them?

Not that I've ever seen or heard of. It's just the most efficient shape to mount a large radar system capable of 360 degree coverage.

Oh and the entire site was bought by a private group. Under the law they can't make substantial changes to it such as dismantling the radars. They can make minor cosmetic changes though.

It's a fascinating place, but fully explained, so unless there is any evidence to refute what's on public record there's no reason to manufacture any conspiracy about it.

It looks as though the video is also wrong on several points. The entire complex was operational for almost a year, not only a day. It included ballistic missile launch along with the radar systems, and clearly includes a vast underground facility for that region.
In addition, the "pyramid" is the Phased Array, and it's apparently still in use today.

All fascinating, I love places like this and would really love to explore something like that one day.

Looks like it has fixer upper potential.
I assume the prior tenant was moved after the SALT talks in the 70's?

It was used for a year but the day after reaching FOC the entire Safeguardprogram was canceled.

Good place to try to buy from the government. It would make a great house with a big underground complex to make apartments out of. I bet it would go for under 500 grand. build some small homes on top and a factory under ground. Now if this was in Colorado, it would be a great secure business venture.

There are a number of them on the market converted to really nice homes. Reasonably priced too considering.
