Bill does not seem like the type of bloke who wants to be nominated into the position of "world biggest joke" and shafted into a position where he has no power but is reduced to a mere puppet who is a spokesperson for the Bloodline Elites.

The current (and past) POTUS's were perfectly qualified - Billy boy.....not so much.
