Well here is the story. But first a little bit of background information. I stay at my girlfriend of four years house. She lives in Westminster California in the middle of the Vietnamese district of Little Saigon. Behind their house is a small open field with a small water facility in the back corner which is also backed up against the wall of my girlfriends' backyard. I've noticed recently that they installed a bunch of cameras pointing in various directions, but that seemed pretty normal to me so I tried not to think about it too much even though one of the cameras had a pretty good view of the backyard. Also, in the backyard against the wall is a big telephone pole that just got replaced due to the Santa Ana winds. Now to the really weird part. The other day when I woke up I noticed the clock was blinking random numbers as if someone had unplugged it or the electricity went out temporarily. I just played it off as nothing. However, last night my girlfriends mom awoke to the sound of choppers and went out to the backyard to check because it was loud apparently. What she saw as four choppers hovering above our place and the water facility with lights shining down as if they were looking for something. When she went out side all the lights from the choppers went off at the same time then out of no where they all shined their lights on her; but at the exact same time they did that the power went out on the whole street. She said it was like they were able to control the electricity with their lights. Then she got scared and went inside and that's all I know. How I didn't wake up during all of this is beyond me because one chopper is usually all it takes to wake me up, but four hovering right above the house?! and I didn't even have a clue??? That strikes me as weird. Any thoughts and opinions would be much appreciated.

I follow a comedian from the Burbank area(close right?) that is all in a huff over cameras in his neighborhood. If he mentions anything odd about power outages or helicopters il letcha know, only thing weird he's mentioned lately is the gang of parrots thats trying to take over Burbank lol.

LOL I think I know which parrots your comedian friend is referring too; their quite famous for their loud and annoying calls. And yes Burbank is within 20 to 30 minutes away, so it's not too far. But thank you, I would really appreciate some info if you are able to attain any. The whole incident feels surreal even though I didn't directly experience it.

She was abducted by aliens dude, there were no choppers.

Any sense of missing time from anyone at the property? Any unusual marks on any one at the property (scoop marks, incisions etc)? Has anyone at the property experienced anything unusual like this before (extraordinary sightings, alien abduction, electronic harassment etc)?

Purely speculative but it sounds like your girlfriend's mother may have unwittingly interrupted a MilAb operation.

At any rate it is a very odd encounter to say the least.

That was the first thing I looked for when I found out this morning. The only thing that caught my attention was that I didn't wake up during any of this. It usually only takes one or two choppers flying low over the house to wake me, but for four to just be hovering there and me not waking up at all is very weird for me. Also, I feel like someone has been messing with my phone reception while calling and receiving calls during the last few months. Same thing with my girlfriend.

very bizarre but interesting story. i actually used to work in private aviation at an airport. we had helicopters going in and out of there all the time. though i don't think i can recall a time where there were ever 4 hovering in the same area even on the tarmac let alone somewhere else. including police/fire search/rescue situations. # even when FEMA was using our FBO as their base of operations after hurricane sandy with all of their blackhawks they would never fly clustered together like how your describing.

i think the fact that there were four helicopters all on the same property like that is very very out of the ordinary. they were obviously looking for something. the question is what? you said it's a water treatment facility. perhaps something came up from one of the pipes through the sewer network underground?

the power outage is also a very strange coincidence with the incident. i would tend to believe the two incidents are related to each other.

i also think you're right in questioning why you wouldnt have woken up with 4 helicopters hovering so close by. normal helicopters are VERY loud when they are close. like ear protection loud sometimes. maybe that is an indication that they were using some kind of stealth/quiet mode as with the famous black helicopters.

i wonder if your mother could make an elaboration on the color/design/markings of the helicopters?

You must be one heck of a sound sleeper, because when a single helicopter goes over any part of our town, I am immediately drawn to the sound. If there were four of them, I know I would not be able to sleep through that.

I get the impression that you don't feel personally targeted, so it would seem that the likely target is the owner of that water source behind the fence? What is difficult to understand is why. Perhaps the water is being fed to a grow op?

As for helicopters cutting out the electricity, I do recall a thread or two about this phenomenon related to garage doors. If you're interested I found mention of it here.

Maybe two Chinook helicopters? You get four sets of rotors for a couple of helicopters.

chinooks are HUGE. i would think it would be hard to mistake 1 chinook for 2 regular helos.

also chinooks are mainly used to transport a whole buncha people, not really for recon/doing low altitude searches etc.

though its not a bad thought.

Its a safe guess the choppers are from your local military bases. And we're you to make an inquiry they would,of course, deny any knowledge of them.

You know, it really just depends on the night. Some nights I sleep like a rock and other nights it seems like I wake up to just about anything. Thank you for the link to that thread it was interesting; I was particularly interested in the part where the op was talking about hearing static and dial tones and their friends' voice through their unplugged radio. I often hear the same type of noises that sound almost demonic through my phone when I try to call people sometimes or when they sometimes call me. Also, I noticed every time I make or take a call a little dull right light turns on that you can barely notice even in the dark which I'm pretty sure means my phone calls are being recorded constantly.

Yeah I hear and see helicopters just about every other day since I live not too far from the John Wayne Airport and also the Los Alamitos Army Airfield. But I usually hear them way before I see them and when they fly over the house it is usually something I have a hard time ignoring because it is so loud. So the Black Ops Copters theory is interesting to me since I cant imagine 4 normal helicopters hovering over the house without shaking the house to the point that everyone wakes up. From what my girlfriends mom said no one woke up but her and then she woke her husband up. I just have a really strong feeling that this is somehow related to the water facility. I know I'm the only one in this house interested in conspiracy type subjects and I really don't think that I have discovered any info that anyone on hear hasn't already seen.

What made me look up things in a search engine and eventually led me to ATS was the feeling that my phone calls and online activities were being monitored. I discovered that others here felt the same way.

We all know for sure now that this is really done on a constant basis to everyone, thanks principally to Snowden's revelations. So if you assume that you are being monitored, you can adjust your own mental health settings. None of us enjoys the complete lack of privacy and intrusion into our lives; however, 1984 has arrived.

water utilities pump houses, what i take your calling "small water facility" are on the list for homeland security targets.just like electric transfromer stations , and phone hubs.
i can't remember the exact term used for them now. putting up new cameras or more cameras doesn't come as a surprise.

also most of the pump house's i've ever pulled motors from have large electrical service coming in,i'm talking close if not more than a 600 amp service. if choppers are hovering over the lines, i could see it possible that they blew the lines together and knock power out to a whole neighborhood.

as far as the all four shinning their lights at the very same instant, well i couldn't even guess if there is a way to do that.
i will say that maybe they have been having people messing around the pump house, and the day you saw the clock flashing like the power went out was probably them looking for someone at the pump house.

yeah i'd agree with you about the normal amount of noise 4 regular helos would make. it would literally shake your building like you said. unless they were black ops helos in stealth mode. i don't know if you've seen the movie Zero-Dark Thirty, but it's based on how the government "killed" bin laden. in the movie once they realize his location they show the military acquiring 2 "proto-type" black helicopters from Area 51 of all places(i know right?). they are stealth helicopters covered in radar shielding with a special unit inside to quiet the rotors down to a literal whisper.

Following an operation in May 2011, it emerged that the 160th SOAR used a secret version of the UH-60 modified with low-observable technology which enabled it to evade Pakistani radar. Analysis of the tail section, the only remaining part of the aircraft which crashed during the operation,[18][19] revealed extra blades on the tail rotor and other noise reduction measures, making the craft much quieter than conventional UH-60s. The aircraft appeared to include features like special high-tech materials, harsh angles, and flat surfaces found only in stealth jets.[Nb 1][20] Low observable versions of the Black Hawk have been studied as far back as the mid-1970s.[21]

Wiki- Stealth Black Hawk

You can actually view the tail section remains from one of the two helicopters that was downed in the operation in pakistan in the article below.

Defense Aviation Stealth Black Hawk Tail Section

There's a lot out there now about stealth helicopters that's coming into light even though this tech has been around for quite some time now.

I'm curious if the noise coming from the woofers on the ground could have potentially been some extra measure of noise cancellation. like someone else said low frequency waves can travel very long distances. Maybe what the cars were emitting was 180 degrees out of phase with the frequency the helicopters emit. creating two forms of noise cancellation. one of the helicopter and one on the ground.

but, im can't shake the water facility aspect of this....there's a lot of things that could potentially be creeping up through those piping systems...who knows. maybe it's simple. maybe its not...

Used to live in Toluca Lake. It was well known around that area that those parrots escaped from the LA zoo about 3 decades ago and have started a local population on their own. They are all over that area of the valley. I think it's kinda cool to see em. Better than crows.

Parrots are all well and good (parrots of Telegraph Hill in SF is a sweet documentary) but that incident is WEIRD.

Is she sure they were helicopters? And why the interest in that "water" station... I get security cameras so no one dumps poison in the water supply... but nothing else adds up and brushes up against high strangeness.

It's unlikely answers will come, but it looks like you live in an interesting place... now you can search for implants in your family... fun.

What if they weren't really helicopters but a very fancy hologram coupled with some directed sound. ... did the hubby get to see and hear them as well, how about neighbors?
