I've been vegetarian about 37 years and it doesn't do me no harm, though I have developed an intolerance of cheese
Oh well - primarily vegan now
Still - avoid too much unfermented soya
Shoyu, tempeh, miso and tofu are ok
The vegetable protein and soya milks aren't
Far too much phytoestrogens like taking the Pill every day
The meat-eaters are bound to suffer this worst - the prepared foods will pack in the soya protein because it's low-fat
