Ahh, just keep throwing stuff at the wall until something sticks, right? Sniping fell through, so shotgun enough dates and something is bound to
happen on one of them and eventually 'validate' the predictions. There's only 365 days in the year after all, and one can find multiple
"prophetic" anniversary coincidences for any of them if one digs deeply enough. Got to figure we've got at least 8,000 years of recorded history
to draw from, right? Maybe even something with a nice ominous verse and general religious doomishness to make it look all proper.
...already been done, countless times and with consistent results.
Please man, listen to yourself. Two words: Heaven's Gate. How would you feel if someone took your predictions to heart, bought some new Nikes, and
offed themselves on authority of your prediction? That's exactly what happens when this sort of thing goes south.
Props for owning up, and sure enough there is no shortage of crazy trends to be tracked in this world at all, but maybe you're just not cut out for
this whole prophecy gig? It's not like being a weatherman giving a 50/50 chance and everybody just being okay with it. Go throwing pseudo-doom all
over the place willy-nilly and you'll definitely not stand much of a chance of getting the word out in the event of *actual* doom.
