Hi All. Hopefully it likes this title a little better!!

Hi, I have been perusing the site for probably a year now, made an account a few months ago and now have decided to go ahead and get this out of the way.

Interests are astronomy, ancient civilizations, and anything that will make me think. Im not an ancient astronaught type guy even though those are my interests. I think we dont give ourselves enough credit for amazing feats of engineering. Other than that i dont know. I had a boss one time that used to tell me, not sure if it was his original thought or someone elses, but he would always say, "its scary to think about what we dont know that we dont know." That phrase has always stuck with me because I am not sure humanity is really ready to know what we dont know. We arent very good stewards of what we do know so we would probably just wipe ourselves out. Maybe thats how it went before us or maybe it just went poof and we were there after 7 days or whatever. I dont know and no one will be able to prove it either way in my opinion but I love the debate.

I really do enjoy reading about everyones theories and love to see people have passion in what they believe. I will never tell someone they are wrong. i am only 32, I havent came close to gaining enough knowledge or wisdom to tell someone they are wrong for thinking something. That is between them and whatever it is they believe it to sort out at some point in the future. I might play devils advocate but Im not gonna argue, get mad, name call and all that good stuff that some keyboard warriors like to do. i dont have time for that nonsense and do my best to avoid it when possible. Oh yea, my shift key is crap so go ahead and crucify me for not capitalizing everything I should. Honestly i dont feel like going back to fix it. Plus you most likely got what i meant so get over it if it bothers you. I promise you that there are bigger, harrier and scarier problems to deal with in life. If you dont have those problems and your life is full of rainbows and kitten then send me a new laptop please and you will no longer have to deal with any incorrect capitalization

Like I said I have visited this site almost daily for a while now and enjoy the content. I would like to present a few topics I have in mind if I ever get around to it. Most will not be original work because I dont have enough time for that but will be my thoughts based on information I have gathered and interests that I have. I spend my time trying to provide for my family and unfortunately I have to work 50-60hrs a week in order to do that. Doesnt leave much time for hobbies or anything fun but we make it and we are generally happy. I still try to get on here at least once a day to see what peoples opinions are of what is going on in the world or if anything new has been discovered, or found if you think like me. No one really discovers anything because it was most likely already there or someone made it and you just found it. 6 to one on that though, if its new its cool so that makes it interesting to me.

My dream vacation would be to go to machu picchu and watch the sunrise. Most people went to the beach on vacation, when I was little we went to the smithsonian or to gettysburg, places we could learn something. My mom always told me that the day I quit learning was the day I die so I try to learn something new every day. Plus it was a good way to get me to do my homework. This place is a good way to knock that "learn something every day" thing out pretty quickly so hopefully the great eye in the sky will allow me to be here tomorrow to learn something again. I think its fun so that probably makes me odd. Wont be the first time I am called weird, I promise
