they have internal problems created by their leadership yep blame the west for it. Its done because that's the only way those governments will remain in power. If blaming an external entity does not work the find a way to blame those inside the country that hold a different view point.

Like Russia firing the lady from the west who worked in their finance ministry. Or how Putin rally's his people by lying to them about Nazis in Ukraine. You do understand the moment Putin made those lies he backed himself into a corner. If he were to withdraw and cut support he would have to explain to the Russian people why the "Nazis" were able to beat him.


The US is by no means an angel and to date no one has ever argued that position. The problem pops up when it becomes the convenient excuse by others. Like the recent fire in the Russian library / archive center. The first posts on this site about that talked about the Us being involved.

Some of the people on this site are living in a wilderness of mirrors and see a conspiracy involving the US at every turn. If the US did something wrong and people can provide credible information then by all means lets take the US to task. I don't care for Obama or his administration and have called them out time and again.

The issue is the people who want to call out the US while they ignore the very same actions when committed by putin. If an action outrages you then you should be outraged whenever it happens - regardless of who is doing it.

To bring it back on topic -
The comment made by Obama is being portrayed as something its not. Obama is clearly discussing the transition that Yanukovych, the parliament, and Russia all agreed on. They try and spin it as some secret plot that never was. The people pushing that agenda are not stupid and they know better yet they are still willing to omit information and lie in an effort to paint a fake picture.
