I have had an anesthetic twice. Once when I was 3 months old for a double inguinal hernia and once for my wisdom teeth to be removed.
After my surgery as a newborn, the doctor told my mom to never put me under again if not necessary. I was very hard to bring back awake, and being a
natural redhead, I need more anesthesia to be knocked out.
After my wisdom teeth were removed, they gave me so little that I remember being awake at the end of surgery. As soon as they brought me back, I was
the first patient they had ever seen get up out of the chair and act completely normal within seconds.
I opted for a natural home birth as well. I wouldn't risk an epidural knowing my history. Pain is temporary and lies in the mind. I'd have 10 more
natural child births. And I was in labor for 3 days.
So where are the anti GAs? Right here.
