From CNN "Police answering a suspicious package call in San Francisco made a most unpleasant discovery when they opened a suitcase and found it contained human body parts."
The parts are so random that they haven't a clue about race, age or gender yet.
But camera footage is available. "We do have people of interest that homicide investigators are speaking to," she said. Detectives are also reviewing surveillance camera footage and officers are looking for a suspect. She declined to identify the suspect."
Just another day in the U.S..
A 59-year-old man was arrested early Saturday in connection with the grisly discovery of body parts in a suitcase left on a San Francisco sidewalk.
Mark Andrus was booked for murder, San Francisco Police Department spokeswoman Grace Gatpandan said.
Police were alerted to his location on Friday night by someone who called a tip line.
Gatpandan said the investigation is ongoing and encouraged people to continue to call the tip line.
Officers detained two people at the scene, one of whom has been confirmed as the person of interest in the grisly crime.
Both people were taken to the Hall of Justice for questioning, police said.
