Painted shoes for Children's Charity- Will it Violate T&Cs??

This is an example of of the painted shoes volunteers do for a children's charity. They are free to children with life long & life threatening diseases, cancers, genetic disorders, amputees and other diagnoses. The charity has been told their hand-painted custom shoes are "mighty & magical" and help children through treatments, establish social relationships and manage the challenges of being or looking "different".
