All I am is another human with a belief system.
Religion failed badly over here so we stopped doing it so much.
The Education system is top 5 in the World but I flunked school BADLY.
But I made up for what I could in later life. I left drugs and crime behind.
Worked with kids in sport and educated my soul.
I am never angry nor disrespectful, I am just learning as I go.

We should all do that I think.

Just my thinking here.

Trust me, we have our problems in Scotland. But we try and educate and deal with it.
This may be about Soccer (Football here) but Football is Scotland's culture.
Sadly the 2 biggest clubs use politics to hate. Not all fans, not the clubs, just a small %
So we teach our kids this early or they get dragged into it.

I would say 20% is too low my friend.
Religion collapsed here, I seen it first hand with Bishops raping young kids.
I was involved as a kid when the local 'Religious lad in Church' touched up the wrong kid, might have been me.
He died that night, then the police were called. We were all 12/13 years old. We police our areas well. Still do.

I seen WHY Religion and God took a spike down the way first hand.
Wasn't pleasant my friend. But it was what it was. I grew up hating, now I refuse.

Just me though, I know angry Scottish, English, Welsh, Libyan's, Iraqi's, Iranians first hand, as friends..
We are very diverse over here but like France, if you go to France you live by their rules, Government said this.
Here the people know this. But immigration really isn't an issue. My Family on one side came from Ireland to Scotland to live. But they don't hate. Go back to the my very 1st post to start this thread.

I worry for American friends I have.
I worry America's actions kill us all.

We ain't that close over here.
Scotland is half free and we stood back up, we will be free soon.
No anger, just educated reasons.

You seem like a great guy, I am sorry you took my post as offensive, it was never meant that way.

I know most of us are here for the same reason, to learn and seek truth.

Very good thread. A message that needs to grow.

I've never opted for war. I don't think many do.

But a lot of people are stuck right now, if they stopped the fighting and came back. What would half the people do? It's not like we have a long line of job here that pay like some military position do. Sure we have lots of low paying jobs but that does not cover cost of living.

I'm not for the fighting personally. But I do know a great number of people sent over, the sole reason for some is they can do no other job. But the cost of life and time lost is reason enough to call them back home and see what happen anyways.

Abortion and Being gay we don't debate in Scotland (Clueless if anyone else does in Europe)
We accept both because shouting and anger won't change minds. We all have Gay friends, Edinburgh is really laid back..

America is a country of immigrants from day one, the English (Boo) didn't create an empire being friends.
America is diverse, you have more foreign workers in all sectors than any 1st World country..

I speak to a fair amount of Americans, some tell me, some are like 'Where/who?'

It is very easy, as you point out, to see what we see. You see 2 articles from 5,000 or so.
Where I write not so many know about FEMA and tons more, Fox news or it never happened

Yet all this is happening because of several figures that wanted to be above others, with the size of Egos that are of Gods. But mostly it was due to the insane authors of several books that were released upon the world some what 2000-3000 years ago.
