Hello, I'm only a few miles from NORAD. I actually delivered a pizza there a couple nights ago. (Can only drive as far as guard post #1) Anyway, I haven't felt even the slightest of tremors yet, just thought I'd let you all know!

Excellent! Can't beat a primary source. Thanks for joining the thread and yeah, keep us posted!

I'd like to just tack this on here (since we're now on page 5.)

NORAD Fighter Jets Called in for "Credible" Bomb Threat in Atlanta Interesting that NORAD is in the news... Not anywhere near the actual prediction I'm afraid, but interesting nevertheless. A day early and a tremor short.

-and-

Officials Scramble After Massive Power Outage Hits Pakistan Completely unrelated, but it's big news and they are a nuclear nation, as mentioned in previous posts. This was supposedly caused by rebels in the country as well...

ALSO... I'm patiently awaiting the man of the hour to pop his head into chat again. Feel free to join, but otherwise I'll just copy/paste the conversation as it happens for you guys. This is fun, to be sure.

doesn't know what "Korea" and "holograms" are--in fact has NEVER heard of them--but tells you details about the death of an insignificant 'celebrity' named Justin Bieber....yeah

alright...

a teenage girl pulled a fast one on your chat room and successfully wasted several people's time

i feel less intelligent for even posting in this thread, yup an IQ point fell out of my pocket and disappeared into the floor here, damn

Well , could a tremor be a financial tremor ? Greece are voting today and it is looking a bit likely the new government could push for a Euro exit - Grexit as it has been termed .

Down the line if this should happen others such as Italy , Portugal could follow suit , Spain soon after (IMHO)

Just a thought

Interesting take on it... I was wondering if there could be some play on words or double meanings involved in what he was saying as well. However, I swiftly reminded myself that his story is most likely just BS, so I stopped thinking about it too much.

I'm just gonna stick to the plain, "as-is" version. But that is some interesting news.

Update : It's official , the other party (far left who believe in paying public sector good/high wages) have gotten into power but waiting for the final results to see if a coalition will have to be formed.

Tomorrow in the markets this will have a ricochet effect - not necessarily a crash , but nonetheless an effect, probably negative in some ways . Expect to see sell - off of euro against all currencies (IMHO) although it may have already been priced in .

Hmmmmm. this could be a pre-cursor to other European countries leaving the Euro - we shall see.

Already in our U.K. papers the headline is earthquake :

Perception perhaps down the line......

Wow... you just made a mini prediction all yourself! That's awesome!

Seriously though: wow, what are the odds that you would suggest that as a possible meaning for the prediction, and then you find the headline reads "earthquake?" (That is the PM of France's choice of words no less)

I bet you were shocked!

Hahhaa ! No, I just read between the lines - watching the Euro now ... instinctively I don't feel the traveller's prediction has been fulfilled exactly - but , and it's a big but, there is a chance this could be the beginning of the end of the Euro....and that would cause a helluva tremor throughout the markets !

Oh certainly not, but YOU ma'am... I think we need to have a look at your watch and make sure you are from the proper time!

Where were you on the night of April 20 2051???

Haha, joking of course, but I do thank you again for bringing up this news. I had no idea personally, but will probably be hearing about it a lot more in the days and weeks to come (as you predict.)

...there's that pesky word again.

Still nothing to note that I can find... and I'm sitting in chat waiting for RUSPOS (or any of his aliases) to come around, but to no avail.

Maybe he has already returned to his time. (Or perhaps he went out to dinner with his mom, IDK)

Either way, the hour draws near that we can hopefully put this whole thing to rest once and for all, making yet another failed prediction thread for posterity. Meanwhile, it's been fun and we learned some things along the way, so all will not have been for naught.

This made me chuckle.

Well, I don't think anyone is surprised that nothing happened. Still, I had no idea about the stuff going on in Greece, so this was definitely an interesting thread. And also, OP, you're really good at telling stories, so the first post was very entertaining.

Anyway... North Korea and Bieber don't have an expiration date just yet...

the bieber part was the only truth in the predictions made. it is gonna happen.

the rest was negated by the buterfly effect.

Well, time's just about up for this prediction. Lo and behold... it appears that I did not speak with a future person after all, and NORAD has actually done the opposite of what was forecasted (by remaining online to do it's job.) Let's just add this to the stack of failed predictions, and move on a bit wiser because of it.

I do want to thank everyone for their words and input, and I'll say I've learned a few things in the time spent tending to this thread. First and foremost: RUSPOS lived up to his name's sake (but that was a successful prediction of my own, which we all shared.) Also, the stuff about Greece and NORAD in Atlanta; that's news, and of course the massive power outage in Pakistan. The 4.3 EQ in Canada, that was something as well.

Mostly though, I met a few people here and connected with them to some extent and that's really what matters: coming together as a community of likeminded peers. I was more than prepared for this thread to be spit on and ridiculed (and rightfully so,) but instead of that: I witnessed a fair inspection of an improbable claim, and we've now followed it to its close.

So for all of this I say thank you, once again.

My regards,
Aqualung2012

Who knows though, dude/dudette said it was a tremor, not an earthquake. So we probably wouldn't know about it. And I doubt NORAD would even admit their shizzle went down for a bit.

Thinking back to time travel though - I doubt it's possible for tourists to interact with people and objects. I'm thinking it's more likely that time tourists, use astral travel. That way, doesn't funk around with paradoxes and stuff.

But then again, time is purely a human idea...at least in a linear sense.

Peace Aquadude x
