The correction symbol on the "my ATS" page

Can anyone tell me what its function is?

Its on the top right side of the "my favourite forums" section.


Mine was there earlier and i clicked on it and now its gone. Nothing happened as far as i can tell.
What is it for?

It's a test. Anyone that clicks it gets an implant. If you don't click it, then they'll leave you alone.

It lets you set the default view of your favorite forums.

If you select the NEW option, then the checkmark, each time you visit MyATS, the sequential list of NEW threads, sorted by date posted, in your favorite forums will be the view you see.

Thanks, I never knew that....and actually avoided clicking it....
