So much for that separation of church, and state LEFTISTS purport themselves as believing in.
And no madrassas, and Qu'ran doesn't mean Chrstian or Jewish.
I'd like to point out that Carson is being appointed to the intelligence committee NOT an education committee. So his views on education appear to be a bit irrelevant here.
Yo what's one the functions of the intelligence committee ?
To deal with people raised in madrasses that go kill people in the name of allah.

I watched both videos and can say that I dislike and distrust the Tea Party and happen to think that putting a man with knowledge of Islam on the Intelligence Committee at a time when Islam is the #1 fear of seemingly every American aliveis probably a fairly smart decision.

What's your problem? The future of your country (I'm assuming you're a US American) belongs to people of color and probably, to an ever greater extent, people of the Muslim faith. People who don't like that fact, if they're young enough to be affected by it, should move to some other country, in my opinion. There's nothing keeping them here.
As they say...to the victors go the spoils.
I wonder how he reconciles his faith with it's racist history while demagoguing the Tea Party.

In the Arabic language, the word madrasah simply means the same as school does in the English language, whether that is private, public or parochial school, as well as for any primary or secondary school whether Muslim, non-Muslim, or secular. Unlike the use of the word school in British English, the word madrasah more closely resembles the term school in American English, in that it can refer to a university-level or post-graduate school as well as to a primary or secondary school.
