It does look like that.

The 11.5 & 11.3 appear to be on the back ends of a couple of arrows (not flags) that have landed where they're stuck. I have no idea for the numbers, but maybe this will spark an idea for someone else.

The reflecting floor is typical of an office building such as governmental agencies and capitols have. 2015 will be played from official pronouncements. Black and white words for black and white people.

They are not standing on the Earth since the Earth is in the sky. So the pronouncements will be oriented towards plans and goals rather than normal life.

The "ghost" looks like a used condom taking a holiday. Something is at risk of being generated or initiated this year.

The little boy is going to learn that the stock market is not going to move up forever. Insecurity increases sentiment for big government power.

Putin has something behind his back. A gun or a rose or something in between. Hilary will use it and maybe help set it up. Or maybe she already did.

Obama is not gone yet. He could write and execute more laws and actions than any president before him has.

11.5 11.3 look like arrows shot for distance. The numbers remind me of the DOW. Between 11,500 and 11,300. The Fed will stop quantitative easing and the Dow will drop. China will be assigned as the cause.

After a stock market crash, the amount of stuff in the world, wealth, remains the same. Only the ownership of that wealth is changed as debts are called in.

The mushroom cloud is an A-Bomb cloud, not a superpower hydrogen bomb. The closest person to it is a terrorist. The rocket is anti-terrorism security surveillance equipment according to the article. Churchill says stick it out, we will win.

Over all, it looks like the end of grass roots guidance of society, such as little people who read and follow economic news, and the beginning of complete control by the government, or TPTB.

The land speed sound barrier has been broken. Talking wont be enough, where things are and what they do will decide the future.

Here are some of the people identified from the OP's link. Sorry been searching for their names, but no luck yet, will def post them if I ever find them, TY!

Among those in black in white are Putin, Merkel, Obama, Hilary Clinton and David Cameron. Among those in color are David Blaine, a young person holding a “Singapore” banner (Singapore is the host of the 2015 SEA games) and a random guy wearing virtual reality equipment. A quick compilation of this data reveals that those in black and white appear to be part of the elite (including the ISIS guy who probably works for them) and those in color are “outsiders”. Is this how the elite perceives the world?

The women to the left of Putin looks Marie Barra - CEO of General Motors. She got the job last year just before the ignition switch recall. Can't say what her significance is in 2015 except that she seems to have survived after the previous CEO probably put her in place as a sacrificial lamb.

Over Obama's right shoulder is the Political Leader of France, Hollande. Hollande and the man next to him seem to be watching Merkel.

Don't know the gentleman behind Clinton/Merkel with the black hat, or most of the people on the right side of the cover.

In the full painting you'll notice Napoleon is posing with his hand hidden, (the hidden hand) which is speculated to be a sign used by the illuminati. In the economists picture he appears to be revealing the "hidden hand". Note that the hand is also black and white alluding to it being a part of the controlling powers.

Trying to look them up. They are a surprise to me. Not very much information about them, although there is a claim that they are backed by gold.

Last month the Treasury Reserve Note “TRN” New US Dollar was effected. This is a historic moment for our humanity, as the funds that were released globally yesterday, and are now live and denominated in the new US dollar. The TRN is on screens.

The Fed Dollar is being exchanged Over The Counter “OTC” in Europe first. That is occuring before the US begins the exchange this coming week. The current ”cash dollar” will devalue somewhat, but it will not be a high rate and is expected to be at the 3-4% rate only basis OTC Bank Charges.

The old Fed dollar Deposit Accounts is expected to be discounted 45% against the TRN. Being gold-backed, the TRN will actually prevent the economic collapse predicted by so many as it offsets the devaluation, and keeps the devaluation to a small percentage as above.

No they are going to be backed by grain, oil or what ever else. The chinese are stuck with all that gold they bought.

I dont think its secret. I wouldnt have heard about it if it was. Its just new...and awsome. Good news like this is never a secret. Its necessary.

Basically this means that money will finally lose the 40 somewhat % intrest we pay to the fed. What was once 60 cents will be a full dollar.
