A few for you*

Well if you know me.. You know I write poetry..
I haven't been on here in maybe a month or so.. Been dealing with some things.
Thought I would just share my poems like I normally do. Good morning, good afternoon and good evening to where ever you are.

*I thought a thought
A wish I bought
Simply distraught
Ran a mile
Where's that smile?
Out of style
Lost hope
Try to cope
Falling and broke
Looking up to find
Can't see am blind
Out of my mind
Beauty lost
At what cost
Eyes glossed
Time slowly ticks
Nothing I can fix
Playing tricks
Everything bends
My mind blends
Trying to mend
Caught off guard
Play the cards
Feeling scarred

*Gather the water from my well
I'm beginning to drown
Don't know where to begin
Trying to stay afloat is difficult
Illusions of being able to stand,
Crumble down like soft white sand
I'm reaching up and out
My heart is grasping for you
My hands reaching but can't feel
Remorse lays heavy
Eyes only looking down
Sorrowful lies I wallow in
Drowning .. Slowly but surely
I have to pull myself on top
At least to my ledge
No one can help me do this
Has betrayal engulfed?
Is it too late?
Can't trust myself
How can others trust me?
Supposed to be one
Love
Care
Am I throwing a pity party?
No
Just realized I'm all alone
Floating now
Just floating

*My well lost it's bluish glow
Water no longer swishes or flows
Sorrows surround
Worry abounds
Ledge is about to snap in two
Then my body will fall right through
Time will cease to exist
Present will always stay
Mask fell off
Suffocating in a well of tar
Can't move
Don't want to breath
Blue eyes turn grey
Sadness lingers and stays
Beauty lost
Terrible cost
Let the tar engulf my lungs
pain will be gone then
No more pain

*Heart stopped beating
No retreating
Lost my soul
Never bold
Can't sit still
Breaking will
Rain keeps flowing
Negative growing
Take my life
Heightened strife
Let me be
Never thee


*Please flee wicked brain
Driving me quite insane
Can't fathom anymore pain
Pulsing beats.. Down the drain
Crying is easy for the weak
Logical reasons don't keep
One person will reap
Hanging head constantly weeps
Travel far away from here
Hold on to my son so dear
Living in a state of fear
Grasping hard to be clear


*Don't know where to begin
Reaching for stars that aren't there
Trying to hold everything together
Falling down
Suffocating air
Swollen eyes
Pain wraps around me like a snake
Clutching so hard around my chest
My lungs have collapsed
Eyes close shut
Release me
Sweet death call my name
I'll return to thine grave

*I know this to all be a test
Heart ripped out of my chest
All things lead to choices
Echoing loud of evil voices

*Tar like blackness has engulfed my soul
Dreadful thoughts leaves an empty hole
Everything around just isn't the same
Leaves me standing with this aching pain
My mind bends and twists mutely
Blind eyes have stopped seeing beauty
Will this story of my life ever end?
We shall see .. With hopes ..things will mend.

*Vicious beings inhabit this planet
Can't do anything .. Can't stand it
Just sit and pretend, place on your mask
Stay on cue .. Make sure it lasts
Dull aches fall to the pit of my stomach
I slip over the edge.. Swift to plummet

I had a wreck on dec.22, 2014. A lady smashed into me at a red light. I have been in a constant pain in my neck from whiplash. Not very fun and the pain is driving me quite mad..
*Loud slam
Thud noise
Silence...
Tears flow
Fears show
Confusion
Shaking
Pain
Wreck
Car jacked
Feelin whack
Lookin down
Sad frown
Could be worse
Happenings for a reason
In holiday season
Soreness lingers
It's okay
Live this day
Be thankful
Could be worse

I could be better but I'm alive.. So that's a plus. I suppose..

Real life can sure kick us in the rear!! But we just have to bounce back up. I release all my darkness through my poetry. Thank you for stopping by.

I hope that crash you had was to symbolise the end of the bad stuff, like a door slamming shut. And that 2015 brings you happiness and health.

I will check that link out when I get back from doctor. I am still dealing with pain in my neck from the crash. And I truly do think that all will be well in this new year. It started off rocky but I think things are smoothing out for the best.
Sylvia Plath is a great writer. I enjoy her works very much so. Thank you and happy new year to you!!
