Well there was an afull lot of extra hot air expelled due to all the blathering about the independence vote.
But if this is true then why Is it not being discussed on main stream media,

We are a small Country with a population of five an a quarter million.

They say In the article there is problem storing the power generated I find this hard to believe,

Theres plenty of bags with pipes to store the excess wind,

We call them Bagpipes

That's a really inspiring article. We really could store that electricity. We'd need to construct dams and reservoirs, and then pump water upwards to fill them and have them drive turbines to create more electricity. Perhaps we could call them hydroelectric dams. Oh, wait, we have dozens:

en.wikipedia.org...-storage_hydro-electric

So why are our electric bills so expensive and rising faster than the rate of inflation, even when ...

"Scotland is a net exporter of electricity and has a generating capacity of over 10GW"?

I wonder where all the money is going with those PLC's?

Because all these wind turbines have been subsidised by the tax payer and the cost of electricity produced is high. The rush to green energy has led to more expensive energy when you factor in the investment required to build the turbines, maintain then and create the infrastructure.

And the second those subsidies get cut (because peoples electricity bills are already too high because of them) the wind-farm sector will collapse, because the subsidies are all that keep it going.

I work in the industry and have been told this many times.

War is a cost for energy, subsidized by the government and the taxpayer.

Green energy is only the more logical choice with less misery and death attached.

Good point, a lot of the complaints about subsidies for 'green' power completely ignore the external costs and subsidies for conventional or nuclear power sources.

I also conveniently left out the cost of the human lives lost in war. Of foreign nationals.
Fascists don't seem to care much about that though.

But it's important to note!
War, Fiat, Petro-Oil, superfind, Radiation, Groundwater Loss, Methane leaks, Loss of Fish etc. are all very expensive after all!
