Okay.. since you didn't answer the questions i asked you.. I went with the photo you are trying to use.. here is the picture you are using, properly sized as a background (see page 1 of this thread for the invisible avatar to go with it, and instructions on how to set your background)



I also did a couple more in the same vein, so you have choices

Thank you so much ektar, but this is not actually my work at all. These are actual photographs; photographer Jeremy Ferris took a willing model into the ocean and did some amazing underwater photography on these..

Some of his pictures are just mind blowing! So basically.. all I did was crop and size properly for use as a background.. not much work involved..

I do hope this Kentuckymama sees them though, its looking like she made the request and is never coming back!

Hi guys I want to change my avatar to this white tiger.

Can somebody resize it and also remove the black marks on his nose, it looks like dirt.

not sure about everyone else....but if it weren't for members making requests I would have a hard time thinking up things to do. And without having things to do, i would have never been able to practice and learn what i have.

Two ways you are helping me:

A. You are curbing my need to go clothes shopping every week by dressing me in the finest ATS garb available...and
B. You are keeping me from running around nakie..believe me, no one wants to see me nakie....no one

I do have a passion for changing my avatar frequently. I used to change it every day according to my mood in another forum..so, I appreciate you guys helping me grow my wardrobe. And I love, LOVE the stuff you guys create..it is usually quite beautiful and unique.

It's very much a two way street, personally I use PS to unwind when I get home, creating avatars gives me a way to stretch my imagination, lose the frustrations of the day.

If at the same time I put a smile on a face half a world away, well, how much of a bonus does one need ? Members that take the time to come and make requests, literally make my day, you guys give me a focus away from work, a very welcome break.

Ahhhh, so THAT's what you were doing!

Would someone help me with my new frock?

Is it possible to move the Lady upward so that more of the bottom of her dress is showing? It’s actually draped quite lovely down the stairs. I’m not awfully concerned with keeping the arch at the top of the center window. It would be nice if possible but no real loss if impossible.

Thank you.. What I did was use the color replacement tool on the nose - I like that tool because it changes color while keeping varying tonal values - and then I blew up the image and used a very tiny mixer brush to take out the spots where they needed to be removed, while still keeping the tonal values where I wanted them to be.

That way I kept the nose looking more natural I thought and avoided a complete re-draw.
