I've got it! I think I figured out who's pouring out the bath water. Or rather, the essence of the figure.

Its someone "with an axe to grind." Am I right? How else could the proverbial baby be completely overlooked so as to be thrown out with the bath water. Someone has been grinding that axe for so long that the bath water has become a strong fixation, and the resulting tunnel-vision has conceled the baby.

Its not that they want to throw the baby out. They just cant see it.

Oh god. This is extrordinary for me to ponder such a violent metaphor, but I don't believe the baby ever dies. This baby represents a crucial piece of a puzzle, a shard of truth, the essence of a message. As long as someone, anywhere, can see the baby and pick it up, then the baby lives on to be passed around again.

That's the feeling it evokes when I see that. There's such a sense of urgency, yet the baby's fine. Don't worry 'bout that baby. Its alright.

I never thought how surreal the subject is, but you really pulled it off on that aspect. Its like Home Alone and Benny Hill together. Did you have fun? It looked like fun.

Did it take like 10 hours to make?

the only thing that took a little bit was teaching myself how to make water, or at least the effect needed to do what was in that image.

Hey Mate do you have any specific album covers you want?

Rush is 3rd behind the Beatles & Rolling Stones for the most
consecutive Gold or Platinum Albums by a band. Do you
realize how many album covers that is including remasters?

well chosen, boomerang, i also was mighty impressed with the BFFT's resolution of your dreamlike images on request.

Even though a few members might be experiencing technical issues with the new server change over, I for one am HAPPY!!

For the first time since the DDoS attack a while back, I can actually access my u2u, go from page to page without lag time or dozens of avatars spread across the page where they shouldn't be


Anyhow, I haven't played with GIMP in a long while, so I'll have to wipe the cobwebs off


I take it the avatars are still the usual size with the exception of the "special" ones who require more length
(you know who you are )

There is no hope for that baby. How horrific. Don't think I'll ever wear it as an avatar for fear of giving people nightmares(myself included). I saved it, though. Pretty sure it'll come in handy.

That axe is cool, though. It almost resembles the american flag the way the red is somewhat striped and the blue skull.

If you want your avi longer the way it was designed, just put an invisible avatar in there first and put the actual image in the "background"
