Some things came to pass, others didnt. If you throw out the cards that arent too far fetched, like a tidal wave, oil spill, you are left with the WTC and Pentagon terrorist attack. Between congress, the pentagon and the WTC, the well known symbol for American capitalism, he got 2 out of 3 right. And I can see why he did not pick congress. I imagine seeing a card of a bombed out congress would intice delight rather than unease in 1 of 2 at least.
