The eagles "Ozzie and Harriet", have just welcomed two new additions to their family. The 1st egg hatched 12/26 & the 2nd on 12/27.

Quite amazing to watch these beautiful birds take care of their young.

My mom loves these eagle-cam things. I've taken a few looks over the years as well but never caught such a young family before. Awesome find!

You caught my attention with the names Ozzie and Harriet. I love that show, I've seen as many episodes as I can (most are public domain on the net). To think, they had a hugely popular radio show for years, then went on to become one of the most popular tv shows. Made over 600 episodes, we saw Ricky and David grow from brats to mature lawyers (at least David was or a law clerk), countless celebrities like Lyle Talbot and Parley Baer......and now 9 out of 10 people would say "Oh, Ozzy from Black Sabbath...."

Awesome stuff,I hope the eagle chicks get a long happy life.
We have some Osprey nest cams in the UK which are cool(very rare birds now sadly,but we are trying to help them).

You are lucky to still have Eagles,we only have a few in Scotland now.

I'm lucky to live a minute from a lake where bald eagles routinely glide over. Also saw one up close once, the thing was gigantic. Swooped down in the road in front of my car then went right into the air. They're beautiful.

Have faith! I got the name reference. Then again I grew up watching Matlock and Perry Mason reruns with the same mom that watches eagle cams sooo....lol

I used to live near a mountain that had a pair of eagles living on it. Never got as close as you did, but could see them flying to and from their nest fairly often. You're right, it's an awesome sight and those guys are HUGE.
