It's Over - Congress Quietly Ends Federal Government's Ban on Medical Marijuana

This is terrific news for anyone who actually medically requires the use of it. I've been waiting a long time for this sort of positive direction to come about. I sincerely hope that if I ever become ill with any sort of disease which requires a drug such as this to be used in benefit of curing that disease, I will be able to have access to it. One small step for man, one giant step for medicine!

I only read part of the first page, but it I is my opinion that the recent legalization situation is nothing more than politicians trying to recapture all of the tax dollars that they have lost due to the massive exodus of cigarette smokers. As people quit smoking cigarettes the politicians are losing billions of tax dollars leaving an empty hole in their soul so now the politicians are trying to fill that hole in their soul with tax dollars from a new source.
