Just found this Youtube clip and a quick google search suggested that it hadn't been posted to ATS yet. I'm quite inclined to believe that this belongs in the HOAX forum, but I can't post there and maybe some folks haven't seen this. Anyway:

And a direct link

Anyway, unless anyone has any thoughts on the vid, I say hoax away!

"Playback on other websites has been disabled by the owner"

Not the typical behavior of a hoaxer...

Oh weird. I'll get a link up asap!

Also, imo, that's more click bait behavior than anything. Which to me again says hoax. If it was real wouldn't they want to get it out there? It's been out for nearly two weeks already.

Is the vid still up on YT? There was something on the screen about being flagged for some US Code. I looked up the code number and saw it was about espionage and # so I shut it off.

# that.

Hmm, well it definitely hasn't been removed, but I can't speak as to the other things :S

Maybe I'll censor this for a minute

correct me if i'm wrong, but wasn't the Phoenix Lights craft suppose to be huge and slow moving? this video seems to show a bunch of little craft dog fightin.

ETA: here from the wiki, cause it's fast.

There were allegedly two distinct events involved in the incident: a triangular formation of lights seen to pass over the state, and a series of stationary lights seen in the Phoenix area. The United States Air Force identified the second group of lights as flares dropped by A-10 Warthog aircraft that were on training exercises at the Barry Goldwater Range in southwest Arizona. Witnesses claim to have observed a huge carpenter's square-shaped UFO, containing five spherical lights or possibly light-emitting engines. Fife Symington,[2] the governor at the time, was one witness to this incident; he later called the object "otherworldly."[3]

There were reports of a few different things happening during the whole thing, some of which took place outside of phoenix proper if I recall correctly. I want to say at least one jet got scrambled at a base else where in arizona at the time.

Huh, the video worked fine for me. There was a closeup that seemed to show one of the "TR-3B"-type craft in the video, but sadly I refreshed this page and the video was removed by the OP so I didn't get a chance to really analyze it closer.

This video is fake CGI.

There were two "events" for the Phoenix Lights.

- First event was a large "triangle" that flew over the state. This triangle turned out to be aircraft in a "V" formation.

- Second event was a row of lights over a mountain range, which turned out to be flares dropped from the military behind the mountains at a training area.

There were only two videos known to exist of the actual "V" triangle of the first event that flew over the state. One video was accidentally destroyed, the other is very rare.

The video that does exist is not even remotely comparable to the video here. Not related any way to Phoenix whatsoever.

Right? I'm positive it's fake. But any mention of certain us codes and I'm heading for the hills lol. If I just leave the direct link up I don't think anyone will get all of those messages?

"Footage has been removed due to violation of 18 U.S. Code § 793" - is just a pop up window that takes you to another video called Footage has been removed due to violation of 18 U.S. Code § 793 witch in turn shows a video with the words "Footage has been removed due to violation of 18 U.S. Code § 793". It's nothing more than a video, if it were real they would just pull the video and not acknowledge it was a real to the whole world.

Okay, let's talk about that "code", it's nothing more than something someone added to the video via YouTube (I do it all the time with my Let's Play videos).

The video (without that nonsense put in it) can also be found on this YouTube channel here:

AND

It was uploaded by this David Collins guy to Disclose.TV

Cool cool.

The one thing I had written that I deleted too was pointing out how the video was black hot but the Triangles'™ bodies were black and their halos and light sources were white. I kinda assume that's opposite of reality and he didn't realize it was black hot. Unless anyone wants to fill me in on the heat distribution of ufos lol.

This video is fake CGI.

How do you KNOW this? And what is "fake CGI"? You're saying the footage is created by computer and, in your opinion, is phony? I agree this doesn't resemble the reports of the Phoenix Lights, but it could still be an important video of unconventional aircraft.

Or it could have been an animation made in 3ds Max, or Blender, or Maya, then rendered in a video software program (multitudes there are, I have PowerDirector myself) which can be changed to look grey scaled , or FLIR, with a HUD overlay on it.

Not that hard for any that know how to do these things, and it would look very real. Because of making look like FLIR, you wouldn't even have to make it as realistic as possible.

That's the problem with pics and videos these day, technology has gotten very, very good.

Not to be a downer but I thought the Phoenix insadent the V shaped craft was as big as south mountain not as big as a F117. The Phoenix lights is one of the very few reports I do believe in not for the lights but for the separate case of the V shaped craft reported by hundred's of people from all walks of life, from different vantage points and with no affiliation with one another.

If the video if from the same time frame and location is the main question.

How do you KNOW this?

Been researching UFO's for a very long time. Those "craft" look and "fly" exactly like every other CGI "craft".

People just don't understand that an advanced, intelligent species isn't going to come all this way to dance around in our skies with their craft. Especially over an unpopulated area where nobody can see them.
