This isn't about ''race'' but about humanity and DNA.
DNA mutates and adapts, there are catalysts which can bring propensity for x/y/z, some are from circumstances, incidents or adaption, but these things
do affect the POTENTIAL for a human to adapt to certain situations or for having more or less inclination towards certain types of intelligence/
behaviour/ ability to adapt etc., so strictly speaking, the truth is that all humans do not have the same potential. It doesn't mean not equal it
means not the same.
DNA was there long before multiculturalism, part of the issues of society today is in denying nature. Thousands of years of DNA adaptations and
cultural inheritance cannot be denied and overlooked for some persons ideal of a ''homogenised'' society. Especially when it is an already flawed
''ideal''.
The current structure and machinations of society (slaves to wage /banking/ 1% etc) is not a natural structure to which humanity is inclined, perhaps
even more so to those whose culture has been traditionally more 'laid back' for thousands of years.
Expecting all cultures to conform to societal detrimental homogeny was never going to be plain sailing.
As for intelligence, all humans have exactly the same potential, as they do in social structure and ability to achieve.
