blocked streets and ran into oncoming traffic, police said.
. If protesters did not immediately leave the area, they would be arrested, police said.

Why did they need to search her for weapons if they didnt plan on detaining her?

so from your own source, not exactly lawful what with blocking the street and all
they said if no warrants were found, people would be allowed to leave

In this case, the touches that the officer did, is questionable, expecially with the breasts, that I would question. It does not appear to be a search for anything, but groping. A search is with a flat hand, not with a cupped one.

Please respond to this point.

Okay,
I've seen the LA Times article, the same lady appears in it. According to the article, and first off they are protesters over the Ferguson killing, and second, people were sectioned, or 'Kettled" by the police and at least one person, who may or may not be the lady in question was detained by police while not even being in the protest march, this person states she was detained while not a protestor, and nor was there any order that she heard for protestors to disperse. Hope this helps.
I still can't see any text other than some Caps. Also I didn't link to the LA Times article for legal reasons here, all should find it easily in a search.

Can you individually break down everything ive said in all of my responses and logically refute anything ive said

Well, you asked for it...

Heres a video about proper search protocol.

That video is for a different state, and is about strip searches and cavity searches.... it is almost as if you never watched it.

So how do you feel about your children and wife being subject to sexual molestation by the police

No where in the video was there any children, nor any sexual molestation by police.

How much more evidence do you need?

Some evidence would be nice, just a little bit even?

Did you see the manner it was conducted in? It was clearly a grope and not a search,

No, it was just a normal pat down.

Did that look like a normal search? No it didnt it was a sexual assault.

Yes, it did look like a normal search, not a sexual assault at all.

Let me see if i can find proper protocol online.

We are still waiting for that....

She was a protestor picked up on a snatch and grab
She was peacefully assembling for a protest and was picked up for a snatch and grab.

No evidence at all for those claims supplied.

I have a source and a video to support my post.

The video does not actually support your claims

The police cannot in America just pull you out of a protest for no reason, absolutely no reason

There is no evidence that occurred

walk up behind you and start grabbing your private parts

As that never happened, did you even watch the video?

Oh my god.

I am not your god

Taking 100 peaceful protestors in for questioning without filing charges and grabbing them and questioning them for no reason.

There is no evidence that occurred.

Happy now?

Why? You habitually ignore posts that I and others make.

But just so I do not appear to be petty and pedantic I will address this.

What does a flat hand look like when searching the bottom of a women's breast? Cupped, maybe?

Now you can go back and answer all my questions that you so cavalierly avoided.

I didnt avoid any of your responses in fact i answered almost all of them. Just because your not isnt in the response doesnt mean that the response isnt a valid answer to your position.

No, you really don't.

The "groping" was a quick press to make sure there was nothing in her bra that felt like a weapon. When a woman is wearing a dress like that with no pockets, she will often use her bra to store items.

The female officer checked every spot where something could be hidden. When police detain a person for any reason, they are searched. It doesn't matter if you're being arrested or not, you'll be searched for the safety of the police officers because there's no way to know how a person will react to being in police custody.

The woman was seeking attention and being overly dramatic with her screams and crying. That's what protesters do... they draw attention to themselves. It doesn't matter if you "consent" to someone searching you or not, it's going to happen when you are being uncooperative with police.
