Whats suppose to happen is the officer is suppose to say, "ok, im going to check your breasts now is that ok?"

Let me see if i can find proper protocol online.

It was a Search not a grope. She is being restrained and the female officer has to do a pat down.

Get your mind right.....then again...can hardly trust your words can we...!!

A female officer can do a "intimate" over the clothes search of a female in public if they feel the suspect is concealing something potentially illegal or harmful. A more intimate personal search will be carried out in a room at the police station.

I see what you are doing there and i am not giving you a star. You are behaving biased. I don't see anything wrong there and if by any chance the officer took few extra seconds to cop a feel, i am pretty sure it should act as a compliment.

Male officers do not have the right to do that to women they are arresting.

you sure? its the same in every state?

thanks for posting a video about cavity searched and strip searches....has nothing to do with this.

you did hear the lady say she does not consent to anything but her ass being touched but in the next breath she says if its between being arrested and being searched she will take the search...

still dont see the issue.

she was searched and she cried.

i think you should learn the law buddy
youve been posting loads of these videos. its pretty clear how you feel about these issues. its pretty clear youre trying to get others on board and it is not really working.

just cause you feel it was wrong does not mean it is
hell, just cause the lady being searched felt it was wrong does not mean it was

you make it sound like all the female cop did was touch her special places. thats not true
she searched her...maybe you should watch again

She was a protestor picked up on a snatch and grab thats not reasonable suspicion they sexually molest her.

No one who even respond on this thread read the article yet.

So far i have read outright complete and biased ignorance.

Fail.

1.) I didn't see a strip search occurring, nor a body cavity search. I saw a pat-down/terry search, which can properly involve feeling body parts for weapons or other illicit substances.

2.) The event in OP is from Los Angeles; the video in the comment I'm responding to here refers to law in Wisconsin.

3.) I WILL absolutely agree that we generally have a good bit of issues with law enforcement here in the US on various fronts, with more attention being needed and solutions found. However, I don't see any 'groping' or sexual assault/malicious intent in your original video here.

Regards.

She was peacefully assembling for a protest and was picked up for a snatch and grab.

Show me exactly what the reasonable suspicion was.

Go ahead genius.

Over the clothes searches are permitted (using discretion of the officer) if the officer deems that said suspect is carrying or hiding a potentially dangerous or illegal item. Under the clothes searches are NOT permitted in public areas or without medical expert on hand!! Doctor

You have a habit of picking out these "bad cop" articles or videos. Seems to me like you have a very one sided view of certain things to do with the law.

Did you experience rough justice for something criminal? I bet you have been arrested or some crap and now you have a dim view because you got caught. Also, like I said in a previous thread....I can hardly take your word at face value...can't be trusted. Sorry my friend but we have to disagree on this one.

No you have a bad habit of not reading the article or reading my responses to the posters.

You also have a habit of advocating violence as a police officer yourself against someone for being verbally abusive or what you see as verbally abusive.

Nope my position is solid.

You are the one not getting it here - did you even bother to read the title of the video you posted twice?

When was a cavity search done in this thread? You really do post some crap here.

you claim she was peacefully protesting....well, youve made such claims about ferguson too.

so this lady didnt do anything at all besides a peaceful protest right??

i dot believe it...how can i trust the source article when its heading is woman groped by cop when that is not what happened.
