a question for those that conceal carry

Both of the pistols I carry do not have a safety. Glock 26, and Ruger LCR .38. For me not having a safety was a plus (one less thing to worry about in a life and death situation), and with both of those I'm not worried about negligent discharges. The glock has the safety trigger and the DA on the ruger, like most DA, is heavy enough for me not to worry about it getting pulled by accident. If you have a good holster, as mentioned before, you should have to worry about a negligent discharge.
