This is simply the most amazing catch I have ever seen. Sometimes it is just worth admiring what another human being can do. Enjoy!

It really had to be up there.
He basically catches it with his thumb and index finger. Sure the gloves help but he still has to have the concentration to make it.

Great catch. Damn good game too. Jerry used to do this almost weekly though. So "greatest"? I don't think so.

Yeah that was sweet.
Wonder how much those gloves help?

I would love to see any contenders you remember from 'back in the day'. Post them so we can all enjoy them!

I will add in this touchdown just for the entertainment value...

Man, I'm not saying that isn't an insanely skilled catch. That's not up for debate. I'm wondering if he used those receivers gloves that have a sticky surface (not illegally sticky, the material just doesn't let things slide off as easily).

Either way, it all came together for him here. The company that makes those gloves should get a huge bump from this.

Gotta see my dog catch a frisbee over his head, body turned, legs tucked and with his mouth!

Still, this one is ok I guess. Probably a lot less slobber as well....

Peace

A lot of players wouldn`t have even tried to make the catch they would just reach up and slap the ball away with their hand.

I think the hardest thing about making a one handed catch is that when the ball hits your hand, the speed and rotation of the ball usually bends your wrist back and the ball skims over your hand.

He certainly earned his pay with that catch.

New his Old Man in college and he wasn't half bad either. His mom ran track. Great genes and has a good head on his shoulders. Oh, and the catch was was so good it was filthy.

I noticed a penalty flag. What happened there? Interference?

Yes, the defender on the play was penalized for interfering with the receiver and he STILL caught the ball. Pretty amazing in my opinion. Kind of like a dunk over a defender and a three point play on the foul.

This isn't to shabby either, found it looking for an NFl player that did something similar.
Was a charger player I know that, I was at the game and I saw it happen.
Running down the sideline on a deep ball. Pretty sure the DB tipped up an under thrown ball and the receiver had his hands behind this back and the ball landed in them.
