I tell people I am older...but I am not old.

Recently while riding a city bus; a neighbor of mine who I do not know that well...sat across from me and at one point sat staring at me very intently...then she said...you are lucky you are so old...then she looked at me with anger in her eyes.

I said...why do you say that? She said because even though I was old; I looked younger than I really was...but she made this statement very insincerely...the tone of her voice gave her away...plus the cruel look in her eyes.

My best friend was on the bus with me...and when we got off the bus we discussed this other woman's behavior...it was hard to figure out. Some people are just cruel I guess.

So anyway (Rodinus) that is my old fogie story.

You know what really gets me going?

How is it that we can land on a comet but still have to use a piece of plastic to scrape the ice of your windowscreen in the morning?

Priorities are not in order!

Rodinus I am very annoyed about the new Monsanto commercials ! These 'lovely' commercials aimed at changing public opinion about their Frankenfood ! " Let's have a conversation about food " is the theme....seriously ???

My rant is about the unlimited supply of clueless 20-somethings coming along.

They've had a lifetime's worth of access to the equivalent of every library in the world, a supposed education that cost about $9K apiece per year, and yet a goodly amount have no clue about recent history or the dire situation we find ourselves in; hey people, stop 'connecting' on social media and start learning the important stuff, fast!

Your lives may very well depend on it.

And stop joining the military, they'll use you up and spit you out and all promises are empty ones!
