Many thanks for the explanation my friend. And, no need for an Apology. Yes, I too have once had to use the alert button and for the same reasons that you had to.

OP, just to pass on my heart warming thoughts again. I my self have two dogs and a cat. They are 1, 3 and 5 years old so still a good deal of life left in them. They are awesome company and companions as you know.

But, please know they will be waiting for you in the spirit world :-)
