Into The Fringe Radio of ATS Live Radio is seeking new voices

Join CirqueDeTruth, Nephratari, Markymint, DarkBlade71, and Semperfortis as we continue to explore the unknown.

We are seeking dedicated ATS members who would like to join in on the fun, and spend a few hours talking about and debating paranormal topics. Our relaunch of Into The Fringe will be after the New Year of 2015.

Your only responsibility would be to show up and have fun. That is what this show is all about. It's not about the fans, or the listeners, it's about getting together and talking about subjects that are often taboo to talk about in life around friends and family. That we get fans and listeners who join in on our discussions, is a bonus. But not the driving force behind Into The Fringe radio. It's a place where kindred spirits with similar interests can connect and talk about things they are passionate about. I'm passionate about all things paranormal.

We go live for our ATS family here at the forums who share our passion on anomalous and weird topics. Members of Into The Fringe Radio are more than welcome to bring their own topics they would like to introduce and discuss - but it won't be mandatory. It's not even mandatory to show up to every live show. When your able to find time, or have a particular interest in one of the topics, then hop on board! If your busy, or life commitments interfere, then take that weeks show off. This show is for fun, is non-profit, and is for the ATS membership.

At this time, scheduling is up in the air. Into The Fringe's producer, Semperfortis, will be setting the schedule to fit his busy life commitments closer to the new year. I'll have a more definite answer to give once the Holiday's are over. If your interested in a skype meeting to talk more about it, just U2U me and well set up a convenient time to talk about the show and I can answer all your questions.

ETA - Oh yes, Skype which is a free download, and a headphone/microphone set is required to participate in the studio.

I'm definitely interested - How are the timezones accounted for? (Assuming that members from all over the world will also be coming in).

Keep me in the loop, and in return you'll get a nasally MI voice that sounds like I have a cold 24x7.

We try to find a time for the show that is agreeable to everyone. Our member from England is 5 hours ahead of Michigan's EST time - so I usually try to convince my producer to schedule the shows around 8pm est. This way he can still get some sleep, or just join in on the first hour and sign off for bed the second hour. We also have a member who has a very busy work schedule, and if he decided to stay with us, we will try to work around his schedule as best we can also. So I do not have a definitive time to give you at this time. I know we will be working on a 3 weeks on 1 week off rotation for the shows, due to Semperfortis's work schedule.

I'm from Michigan to. I will definitely keep you in the loop. My producers are Semperfortis & Neformore - you can u2u them or myself anytime.

I look forward to skyping with you and talking about 'fringy' topics.

I would love to visit more about this...I will be gone next week for Thanksgiving but can skype anytime after Turkey Day. Love any topics involving the paranormal!

I have worked in radio for a long time even though now I am working in another field. Would love to give it a go, I am a bit of a skeptic however so maybe a good Division Bell ringer

My availability opens up more into after Thanksgiving too. There is plenty of time for a meet & greet on skype. I will U2U you my contact information for skype, and the shows group will be in facebook groups. If you don't facebook, don't worry. It's not mandatory. If you decide to come on board and give the show a go, I can email you the topics instead.

Awesome, we always need a few skeptics to bring in the arguments and other point of view. I'll U2U my skype contact information and FB information for the group. Facebook, if you don't use it, is not mandatory. When we get rollin' and closer to the New Year and our relaunch date - I can put you on an email list to keep you abreast of what topics will be being discussed.

Great! I'm glad your interested Homer. Look for a U2U from me about my skype details. Now if my memory serves me correctly, you don't utilize facebook. NO worries. It is not longer a mandatory thing.

Hey there.
I know a sub-20 post member such as myself is considered a mere peon in this place of Ancients, but I hope that some people here can judge determination and potential through something other than a post number.

I hosted a few shows on Blogtalk, but had to discontinue due to time restraints and didn't want to pay the fee any longer. I consider myself fairly well grounded, I'm not one to go off on a tangent and linger off-topic. If you have your doubts, which I would consider strange if you didn't when interacting in such a fashion, I'd gladly start at the bottom and try to guest spot my way up. I've been told that I have a good voice, and I'm always able to relate and create conversation seemingly at will. I guess you call it a magnetic personality. I've also had an eye-opening paranormal experience, I've seen it first hand and have gone through the details many times. I'd gladly tell the story on-air and let you guys tear into it. I also try to keep up to date on the latest stories, events, news articles, interviews, etc. This website and the internet itself provide a lot of information to take in, and I do my best to stay up to date.

In the mean time, get those few more posts in you need to be able to author threads. Otherwise, all ATS members who would like to participate in Into The Fringe, simply needs to remain in good standing with AboveTopSecret.com and the moderators, and be an active participant of the site.

Hey, I am very interested. I am an experienced public speaker (both competitively and for fun) and I have a good voice. I am also very knowledgeable about this topic and although I believe in the paranormal, I maintain a skeptical mindset when I don't know for sure. Yeah, I would absolutely love getting involved. My schedule is basically free/i can take my classes around this and devote the necessary time to this. I'd love to audition for the role ^_^

Should I U2U now or wait until after the holidays when things are more set in stone?
