I guess I would agree with that if it is an unpleasant thing for someone.
The way you are making it sound, it reminds me of someone having constant vertigo.

My whole point though is that premonitions do happen.
I don't doubt the OP, and I don't think it is a medical issue,
as much as it is the OP discovering something very cool.

Not necessarily unpleasant , can be quite the reverse : people can be euphoric because of seizure , some people will self-induce seizures , so presumably some types of seizures are enjoyable.

Loss of balance, or loss of consciousness, are not necessary components of a seizure. Nor would symptoms be "constant" : they would be intermittent and of short duration , ( seconds / minutes ).
