that shimmering effect reminds me of something ( a craft) I saw of a few occasions and posted about in the gray area. .

It reminds me of something (heat haze/shimmer) I see quite often.

Yes but it was a research drone apparently

No camera can catch the amount of data an eyewitness gathers. Its impossible to convey what she saw. We only get a fragment.

At some point you either believe or not. There is no such thing as completely objective proof. Everybody has different standards.

Other than seeing it for yourself, would you believe it if your mom shot the video? What about your mom's best friend? What about her friend's friend.

I believe it for the simple reason that there are simply too many sightings and the number goes up every year.

That makes it real enough for me and frankly, I don't give a rat's ass what debunkers think. They don't sway me one bit.

Everything I could reply, would get me another warning from the mods. Be graetfull this site has subscribed to political corectness, that leaves me with nothing further to say to you...

en.wikipedia.org...

What happened after that 1997?

According to the US army it was a flare drop exercise. According to the paper I assisted my wife with writing for college, it was a UFO. My favorite case of them all.

You need a bit of chill-ax....
I just don't see this film as being from another world and made a joke.

I would think with the adrenaline pumping from witnessing something so awesome, that alone, would make anyone shake when recording something of this type. For me, that shaking actually makes this seem all the more real...just my opinion.

In my own experience I spent years and several jobs working as ramp crew at BDL international airport. I spent all seasons outside around planes as a wing walker, bag chucker and tug driver and all things that orange vests do.

Give the number of planes I've wing walked, done push-backs or guided to the gate to me personally this object doesn't look at all like it has standard aviation lights. I'm not seeing the common colors of lights used by all registered aircraft.

When you're dedicated to hunting orbs, everything starts to look like an orb.

Remember the source of the image and it's POOR QUALITY!

This is an absolutely real video of ... an aircraft in the sky.

The speed looks conventional and the possible accompanying helis might make this interesting, as in a possible experimental craft (or totally alien saucer being buzzed by military hellis) but I'd guess conventional airplane with lights seen from an angle to make it look "saucery."

Maybe experimental, maybe a blimp or drone, maybe 'alien' or black ops, but judging by the flashing aviation lights, most likely something quite mundane, though unusual. At least this isn't a hoax, though!

ETA add to say Jenny definitely saw something unusual, and that Zoey might need less sugar in her diet ...or a leash.

Wow I agree. I am training as an aircraft a&p. I have spent 3/4 of the last 6 months at tampa clearwater airport watching planes come in from every direction in every type of lighting situation. This is not anything I have ever seen

As a pilot I would agree.

However...I've seen things behave more strangely that turned out to be a damned drone. (I hope)

But a plane? Nah...but I've been known to be wrong.

It is definitely an airplane with landing lights on. You can tell because you can see it turn and when it is running parallel to you instead of directly at you, the landing lights are not visible. Airplane. I see this same thing several times each and every day.

A plane in the distance DUH! I see them all the time here as they land at Glasgow.

Why is the "best video yet" never ever of a "UFO" more than a few pixels wide? Can everyone put their adrenaline fix on hold and think. If the "UFO" is less then about 10 pixels wide then it can absolutely anything, a bird , a plane, a blimp, a chinese lantern etc. The ONLY way of determining the difference is for the object to be about 50-200 pixels in size. Guess what there is never a video with a "UFO" that size for the bleedin obvious reason.........

Someone posted this on youtube:
www.fox10phoenix.com - Dramatic video of hikers rescued from Piestewa Peak...

My opinion is it was the same incident or it was an associated training exercise or something related to it.

Go here to see this park she's at on google maps: www.google.com - Granada Park 6505 N 20th St Phoenix, AZ 85016...
