i'm relatively sure there is a correlation between "duty load", and "authoring"...that's to say, they're so busy chasing down idiots, that they don't have anywhere near the time they did, to write threads.

Or, it could just be that they either can't or wont, because they don't wanna reflect poorly on management, if their opinions are too edgy..

in some cases, the reduced output is welcome...in others, no so much....
