4 JULY march on Wash DC

I'll be busy celebrating the nation's birthday in typical 4th of July fashion. Independence Day is one of my favorite holidays and is always spent with family and friends and we BBQ, play horseshoes, drink beer, and watch the local parade and then the fireworks when it gets dark. Just the way our forefathers would want it celebrated.

Just curious, what is it you will be marching for? To take back control of our nation? From who?

I'd rather march on their headquarters in new york.

I think you are confused lefty.

Many in the USA are proud of what we've been doing, and proud of GWB, which is why you finding yourself all alone, are getting so frustrated as to make a "10,000,000 person march" on the white house.

Which is funny because 10,000,000 of about 280,000,000 is 1/28th of the population, which is about the same amount who actually think we are "making ourselves look bad".

In actuality, the rest of the world looks bad, America is great, and has been a grand standard of morality when it comes to "foreign policy". Like every nation we've had slip ups in the past, but nothing like France's Napoleon, or Germany's Hitler.

So give it a break dude, and go have a bar-b-que on July 4th.

I'd be down if we could actually get a significant amount of people. It would be better than wavin' around a bunch of gaudy decorations and eatin' swine.

Lefty, Im with you a 100% but even the people that are against the gov are afraid to assemble. Even if they weren't it would take too much of their time away from TV or work. People wont stand up until they have no chair to sit in.

Perhaps you might like to elaborate on your plans.

Have you organized a non-profit group for this effort? Do you have a website? Is there an awareness campaign you're working on? What efforts are you undertaking beyond posting a call-to-action on this website? What details do you have to support your broad (and vague) points? Is your group publishing a newsletter to raise awareness of your points? Have you begun a campaign to inform elected Congressional and Senatorial representatives of your displeasure?

The point is, you'll never get more than 10 people by simply posting here. What else are you doing?
