The ancient egyptians knew if you used moldy bread on an infected cut, it would heal (mold=penicillin)
They cauterized gaping wounds with hot metal.
They applied raw bloody meat to wounds that wouldn't stop bleeding, because the raw meat's blood contains additional coagulants for stopping blood flow.
They slathered a concoction made of breast milk and a few other ingredients, on skin burns.
They used highly sharpened obsidian stones as their medical instruments because they get very sharp and can be honed to an extremely smooth edge (not jagged)
They used opium and beer as pain relievers.

Anybody know more to add?

They have found mummies with coca and tobacco. This would mean they had trade with the Americas long before they were given credit.

There are many more:

Fermented beer contained the antibiotic Tetracycline. That's a common medication still used these days.

Electric eels were used to manage epilepsy and other medical problems. The eels would be placed over the patient's head.

Gold thread was used to fix loose teeth by binding them to solid teeth. A dental consultant asked to investigate the treatment said that it would be the best option even today.

Cobwebs and mildew were a treatment for arrow wounds. The cobwebs contained antibiotics and formed a scaffolding for new tissue to form. Mildew was pure water without any contaminants.

I am a mason/plaster by trade. I carry rocks everyday all smaller than the sizes used commonly by the ancient Egyptians. While the post may have been a bit humorous, I have nothing but respect for their abilities.

What makes you think we could not replicate building the pyramids today?
