I'm a big fan of probiotics. Personally, I take one everyday that contains a type of bacteria that supply the enzymes I need to digest dairy
products. Without these helpful little critters, things can get very uncomfortable. The health improvements I've been getting from taking a probiotic
regularly have been great!
Our beneficial co-existence with the other forms of life in our bodies, the
microbiome, may be the next great frontier of health science.
There are 10 times more bacterial cells in your body than human cells.

Lately I've been reading about another type of bacteria in the digestive system that has other healthy properties called
Christensenellaceae minuta. I've looked, but most
probiotics on the market seem geared towards dairy and don't contain this strain.
Does anyone know of a brand of probiotic that contains
Christensenellaceae
minuta?
Thanks in advance.
