Ohhhh - don't be dis'in' Kansas.
I've had some good times, and have been pleased with many of the people met there.

Anything like the postal stickers and anonymous headless suit or Gay Fawkes face on Disobey and Revolt stickers is see everywhere around town stuck to the light poles, cigarette butt receptacles, or grafitti on the electrical and cable boxes?

Like a reward system for displaying good, bad or indifferent behavior?
