I'd like to see the project continue regardless of the current chat working currently.

The vendor is not reliable. It could drop again tomorrow for all we know, and they might not answer our tickets again.

The project would resolve such issues.

Absolutely. I plan on seeing the project through to fruition. I work two jobs. One's a 9-5 and I moonlight as a server admin. So needless, to say the schedule can get tight. When there's time to work on the chat available you can bet I'll be doing so
