Russian Activity Following Swedish Intercept

A few weeks ago the Swedes were on high alter after intercepting radio communications from an unknown Russian vessel. Sadly the communications were distress calls. The Swedish government has spent weeks and millions of cash to find this vessel. Not because of the incursion into their waters but that this maybe a rescue mission. www.theguardian.com...

This week. Russian long range missions using bombers outfitted with sub hunting electronics have been combing the international air space over northern Europe. www.cnn.com...

The NATO response using the word "unusual" is in fact a code word to let the Russians know that we know something has happened. I am seeking any more news underground or rumors are fine, as I will vet them. This is a serious issue and how Russia handles this issue will decide how we move forward with or without Russia. Post anything else you have please.

If they have in fact lost another sub my thoughts/prayers go out to the submariners and their surviving families.

Brilliant link and quite (IMHO) plausible.

The fact that extra Russian Activity in the sky is related to the submarine that surfaced in Sweden. I wonder if there is some skullduggery going on between the Super Powers that we don't know about.

I lived through Operation Archer in the 1980s and at the time knew nothing about that even though we came as close to nuclear war as the cuban crisis

I live in Sweden and if I remeber correct, the russian did actually tow a submarine (with permission) in Öresund (the water between Denmark and Sweden) a few days after we, Sweden, cancelled the search for the submarine in our waters. So it most probably was the damaged submarine we intercepted the call from. It slipt away out to international water and was picked up by a russian rescue ship. Now. it might not be the same sub and just a diversion from the russian so we would assume it was the sub when in fact the "real" sub is still there in the baltic sea somewhere.

here is two links to the story of the sub being towed.

Good theory. But the so called distress call was a lie and never existed according to the marine intelligence. Swedish newspaper SVD lying again.

According to RT, hundreds of burly men decided simultaneously to take a "vacation" in a war zone, without their families or picking up women at the beach bar.

What are the odds we now have a rogue sub lurking somewhere under the vast waters of the world.

What are the chances this sub has a crazed Russian that is TICKED at the Western world for (propaganda) news he has read, and has changed the economic future for him and his family.

What are the odds, he is going to exact his own personal revenge?

What are the odds indeed.

Give it some time and someone will be along to blame it on the West, and somehow the CIA will have a hand in whatever happened, because we all know the US is responsibile for everything bad in the world.

Or at least that is what some want you to believe.

If there really was a Russian sub broken then why would they tow it thru Öresund instead of take it to Kalingrad to repair it? It makes no sense to pull it thru Öresund at all to go around Norway with a damaged submarine to get to the northern Russian bases for repair.

Swedish media has a tendency to make a tiger when being told it is a duck by it's sources. Not the first time MSM is misrepresenting the sources to manufacture news and spin it for what they want. This was a great success since they got defense spending up without there being any outrage from the Swedish people past the anti war crowd and even got some people to change their mind on NATO membership.
