This is one irresponsible person. I wouldn't want her treating me for anything.

even though she spent time helping others in Africa
She throws common sense and care for her country by taking that risk..

Is there anything that you can't squeeze the name Obama into??? You must admire the Hell out of him because you give him credit for everything that happens on the entire planet!

This woman is taking a HUGE risk by thinking herself more important than others. Let's hope she doesn't live to regret her selfishness by ending up infecting other people and learning the hard way that not *everything* is about her.

If you've got a good lawyer, you can do whatever the $$$$ you want!

Ok, so if she does get sick while she has refused to abide by the quarantine and she infects someone else....lets just say if this happens, just speculating here as I would hope she is fine...but IF it did happen, could she be charged with manslaughter or sued by the person she infected?? I am sincerely curious, I am a scientist, I have no clue about the law.

I think there's an even more dangerous infectious disease spreading...

Stupidity.

She's doing this because, as a health professional who worked with Ebola patients, she knows the warning signs, knows she doesn't have any, and will surely report them if they appear (like the doctor in New York has done). The people who worked with Ebola are not among those who panic that the virus is sitting on a cupcake in the local bakery, they know exactly what to look for and when a person is contagious - the contagious stage comes long into the illness. She's standing up for her rights, and doing so on a national stage.

I wonder if anybody has actually verified that "She" was even in Africa or even on a plane that landed in the U.S.

This entire episode reeks of political/power conspiracy.

I AGREE. She should lose her license. I don't want the selfish ***** near me.

And on the other hand, others are volunteering for quarantine when returning from Africa. Because that's the responsible thing to do.

The key word is 'volunteering'. Thus making it a personal choice. This disease, self-monitored by medical professionals on the alert for possible symptoms, poses no danger.

She is acting like a little kid looking for attention.

She needs to quit complaining & start quarantining. I'm so sick of hearing about her.

Apparently, the world revolves around her.

She was in DIRECT CONTACT with Ebola patients. She needs to be quarantined, no its, and, or buts. While the military returning from W Africa in Italy is being quarantined with having NO direct contact with Ebola patients.

If this princess refuses to comply - throw her hiney in a quarantine jail!

This woman is on my last nerve. The darker side.of me secretly hopes she comes down with the virus just to calm her ego down.

There is way more going on with this woman and her situation than meets the eye.
