That is not evidence, that's he said she said.. The evidence is the man was shot, excessive force if any thing, multiple times in the head.
The reason why the rider of the black horse has a pair of balances in his hand is because he was robbed of justice. a reply to: Hmmmmmmm

I haven't read anywhere about him being shot multiple times in the head. What I have read however, is that the gunshot wounds are inconsistent with being shot from behind. And that Wilson had bruising on his face which would indicate a physical confrontation, and would corroborate a struggle over the weapon.

You speak of robbed justice, but I think your confused, and want revenge..

Do you know what the opposite of being asleep is in this context? Paranoid. Yes there are things that do happen in the world, but not everything is a conspiracy.

I was just thinking, if the murderer of mike brown was sitting in his vehicle with his weapon holstered, and he is obviously right handed so his weapon is on the right side of his body. Regardless of mike brown being six foot the police was sitting in a suv, how could he had possibly reached for his weapon. Making the claim that it was a struggle for the weapon doesn't logically make sense. I would like someone to explain at what part was there a struggle for a weapon...

First off, it wasn't a murder, and as more evidence comes out, it's becoming more and more clear that your assumption is false.

Secondly, it's easy for a 6-foot+ person to lean into a police cruiser's window and reach across the lap of the officer to grab something.

I'm thinking that if you can't answer your own questions about this at this point in the investigation, no amount of evidence is going to convince you of anything. That said, the reality is that the officer is the only remaining eye witness as to what happened in that vehicle. We have his statement, and forensic evidence from the official autopsy appears to corroborate--or, at least, not rule out--the officer's original statement.

So, again, I don't quite understand why you can't see the answers to your questions already--or at least understand that no one on this forum was there and can provide you with the answers that you seek.

You obviously know nothing about how to respond to a perceived threat as an LEO. You don't try to do minimal damage--you neutralize the threat, and if that means firing your weapon until a "gentle giant" is down on the ground, that's what you do. The fact that a bullet struck Brown in the forehead and the top of the head as he was going down was pure happenstance, as one is not trained to aim at the head at all, and in a stressful, life-threatening situation, you don't have the aim or even mental capacity to shoot certain body parts. You point and shoot, center mass, and the rounds hit where they hit.

Excessive force has nothing to do with it, unless you're talking about Brown's assault on the officer. It is readily apparent that you know nothing about which you speak, and you are asking questions fueled by emotion, which is no way to deal with terrible situations like this. It's never a good thing for someone to be killed over something so trivial as petty theft and walking in the middle of the street, but if the assailant's actions leave the officer no other choice, then it is what it is. And for the community to be acting the way they are instead of using this as an example of how NOT to act in stiuations like this (I'm talking about Brown's actions), that is a pathetic attempt at racial inflammation in order to seek a perceived justice that really is no justice at all--it's an unwarranted witch hunt.

Ferguson, MO, should be ashamed of itself, as should all people who ignorantly skew the facts in this case to form a false narrative. Skin color had nothing to do with this situation, nor does the fact that Brown was "unarmed" (although within the eyes of the law, when you use your fists as weapons, you're armed).

So you don't care that the evidence all supports the officer and proves the key witness is a liar.

You just want the world to burn because you're mad.

You are the problem, not the police.

You're not exactly boosting your credibilty for constructive thinking here...

And you follow up telling me, "Anything can be fabricated to fit some agenda, you're talking foolish...," with this mini rant about prophetic comments in the quran?

Anyone else see the irony, here, or is it just everyone? Best to let this thread, which should be in the "rant" forum since the OP is all based on opinion, die a quiet death.

Well I don't have a answer to Your question about a struggle, however I do have a comment about him being right handed. I'm right handed but I use My left hand to shoot. And I wear a holster on my left. This is because my left eye is dominate... Anyways I'll go now.
