Haha just saw this as well...
Its a strange situation the next 24 hours should reveal a clearer picture of what is happening.
The WHO normally releases a situation update later tonight. Hopefully it will shed light on this.

Not too interested in those being monitored as there are literally 10s of thousands outside of west africa that are 'suspected' and under some for of monitoring.
Thanks for the info though, will keep and hear out for them.
