Part I: Some background on the Secret Government.

To understand why the Secret Government exists you must understand a few things about the reality that we live in. The nature of our reality is not what you have been taught. The true nature of our reality is quite different although well understood by the Secret Gov't.

Regardless of how much technology a society has, its ability to create, manifest and endure in the long run is dependent upon how much 'light' (soul energy) is present. This is true individually and collectively as organizations. It is your soul light that allows you manifest any given probable event. The competition to control this light is intense. Groups of light are called 'light blocks'. They are very powerful. The Waco incident was about a light block that was pressing against the reality of others.

Now, the human race is parasitically controlled by the Secret Gov't. The human soul is a very fine and quite removed from this reality. It sits in each human being around the solar plexus. In addition, each human also has a spirit that is the embodiment of whom the person is. It also determines the will of the individual. It is possible to replace the spirit vehicle keeping the soul and body. The person would appear the same with similar personality characteristics. But in fact the spirit has been replaced. When this happens it is called 'soul snatching' or 'body takeover'. It is possible to detect when some types of spirits are present after forcing there way in. Certain alien spirit types will exhibit shifting eyes from side to side very quickly on occasions. They may exhibit immature emotions. The new spirit entity has control of the soul and body. Having a soul with a given amount of 'light' or energy is like money in the bank. They will spend this soul energy down thru ruthless actions in order to follow the will of the Secret Gov't and preserve or increase their sphere of influence (power base).

Now it is the goal of the Secret Gov't to replace all human spirits with spirits that are in line with their will (The New World Order). The more light you have the more they want to control you. In addition, not all souls have the same characteristics. Just as different jems have different qualities so do souls. These characteristics manifest thru the personality. So it is also true that certain souls are high on their list to be controlled. The Earth is a place where the soul is made a slave. If you can achieve enough light you can escape this reality. However, they monitor the light levels of all souls closely. When the light level of a soul increases they put that soul on a priority for takeover or 'soul snatching'. The intelligence communities of the world are involved in this. This is why you reincarnate. You can never get enough light because they always steal your body and soul before you reach the threshhold level that allows you to escape this reality. So you are on the 'wheel of 84' as they say in metaphysical circles. Interestingly, they know your past history in other incarnations. This helps them to control you. They also carry forward grudges from other incarnations. Powerful karmic forces (good or bad) are also carried forward from
incarnation to incarnation. The light level you achieved in one life will be your level in the next life.

I want to cover how the Secret Gov't attacks a person to control and takeover the body. The first thing they will try to do is to take away your money. With money they cannot control you. You may find getting jobs very difficult or only low paying jobs are available. They want you to live in an apartment, not on your own land. That is not allowed. The Branch Dividians at Waco had their own land - not allowed.

Next they will try to establish links spiritually. This is usually done by eating with them. Or in an apartment all they have to do is move next door! Vicinity is the key here. If you do not have a great deal of light they probably can force their way in at this point. If you are a more powerful soul with more light they have to do something else. The whole area of spiritual links also allows for black magic, which is very heavily used. I have encountered in the workplace people from India heavily into black magic (This is not a blanket statement about the people of India). It does however, agree with the Krill document. Next they will use magnetic compression fields to compress your energy so you cannot manifest. This is usually first done with the Television CRT. Anything with a coil and alternating current will do it. The higher the voltage the more deadly. At this point you may have trouble sleeping etc. If you live near a lake or water this option does not work for them. That is why they strive so hard to control all areas close to large bodies of water. It is always expensive to live near water. Note that the Branch Dividians did not use any electricity on their compound. For lighting they used kerosene lamps. They knew better.

Next they will use chemical (poison) and biological weapons. This will require the soul to use all of its power to maintain the body leaving it defenseless.

If they do it right they can force the spirit out before the body dies. This will allow easy takeover. This is far more common than you can possibly imagine.

In some cases abduction is done either by humans or aliens. If these options are not available they will use force. Waco is a good example of using force.

Now you know why the Branch Dividians did not want to give up. At least some of them certainly would have experienced a body takeover some time after giving up. And, of course, their 'light block' would have been broken up. Then they would become vulnerable. (Unfortunately the US Constitution is inadequate to protect the human soul against the onslaught of the Secret Gov't).

There is one point that I need to stress. That is, when an individual has an above average amount of light (soul energy) they will automatically attract good (wealth) to him or her. The Secret Gov't is then in the position of having to block the light of that individual in order to maintain their level of control over society. This constant friction results in 'shadow wars' against individuals and groups, resulting in the control methods already described. It only takes one person will a liberal amount of energy to upset the apple cart. It is also important to realize that today some organizations having become very aggressive in this 'body takeover' business. By adding to their light base they can outpower their next competitor in the black magic 'shadow wars'.

We live in the "fallen planet"
It's not what most people think this planet is.
There's so much more to the "story", I truly believe that.

From my point of view, the article supports the idea of people being targeted with psionic weaponry in their sleep, targeting people with a lot of spiritual energy, draining their energy and using it elsewhere. It is also relative to the idea of "walk-ins" and "replacements"- alien spirits that take control of humans.

Here's my take on your long OP:

On one hand, this convoluted soul/spirit/light being suppressed or exchanged may make sense to some highly evolved spiritual ETs. But this is not explained (in your excerpt) on a level anyone on this planet can understand.

Most likely, this is just close-to-the-truth nonsense to make it "sound" like it came from a Higher Spiritual Understanding - when it is really just a cover for what is really going on. Yes, there is a shadow government, but it may be a long time (if ever) when it is exposed for what it really is. So I'll expose it here and now:

The global "shadow government" is comprised of Elitists from this - and other worlds. And they are all sexual deviants and predators from the time BEFORE the Big Bang, when there was only one sex (male). This is how the homosexual Elitists today seem to have knowledge, abilities and technology not developed on Earth, and are so quick to use it against anyone and everyone who tries to stand in the way of their fascist march to world domination.

They have studied this chaotic and diverse planet, and have learned how to use our best traits against us. They have most likely immigrated from other worlds (and times?), which were more homogeneous, and thus their deviant predation was easier to catch. On Earth, our vast diversity and 'differentness', along with our hard-wired genetic roots (95% of our DNA we share with Chimps, who live in social groups with strict behavioral hierarchies) has made us accepting of even predatory-evil who is willing (on the surface) of 'playing by the rules.'

'Differentness' is to be included and embraced, we are taught, for our vast social group to get along and cooperate for the Greater Good. And if and when this predatory-evil is unmasked for what it really is, a robust PR/Media campaign counters to assure us that this evil-differentness we recognize in our gut, isn't really what we 'know' it to be. Beyond their emotional appeal to our innate desire for 'peace and fairness,' these evil-predators also make liberal use of "thought suppression" techniques.

They overdose us on prescription, over-the-counter, illegal drugs and especially powerful surgery drugs. All these mess with our brains to achieve 'their' primary aims of suppression of thought-processes (our abilities to think, followed up with their media manipulation of telling us what we should think). They also use 'pain', primarily thru psychotronic/infra-sonic weapons, which send us to pain meds which also dull our abilities to think and make decisions. And they use electronic-terrorism and poisons to also actively destroy our memories, so we have no past point-of-reference for the Morality and Ethics we were once taught and are expected to live by.

Why do you think the homosexuals push so hard for Atheism? They know their predatory promiscuity is wrong and evil. (Every day, 38 men are sexually assaulted in the U.S. military.) And instead of facing their evil, hey, they'll just eliminate all traces of "soul responsibility" - whether allegiance to a true religion, Higher God, or a spirituality that tries to follow the path of decency and respect for all that is Good and Just in our world.

That's why there is such a suppression of Reincarnation. It links our behavior - good and bad - to a past collection of lives that gives our souls and soul-expression today a more robust outlook on existence and our place in the universe. Our past achievements - and downfalls - prove that we are so much more than this one puny body, and must embrace our innate or potential greatness!

But the homosexual 'others' don't want us to have that much power, even if it is just the 'power of understanding.' THEY want to suppress our innate greatness - only expressed thru heterosexuality - and dictate to us what they want us to believe. And that always means our worthless puny mortality in servitude to their wickedness.

The Catholic Bishops recently rebelled mightily against the Pope and Vatican by NOT accepting a mushy (and deceptive) 'homosexuals are are so wonderful' document. Can the rest of us do no less? (If you got the chills while reading the above, your soul and other Good souls around you, have given you conformation. Your soul - if not your suppressed brain - has confirmed that you have just read the Truth.)

Closer to the truth.

It's a coin with two sides and sometimes lands on edge.

"If" lol there was a shadow government, it would still be comprised of people whom grew up under a mindset.

Which side of the coin or edge you see and gravitate towards has a large and small of it.

And then there are those that take no action at all.

Not everyone and everything has a negative agenda.

Nothing can harm you or your energy if you do not allow others to control you.

You can block everything coming in if you want to and not play the game by the rules of other people playing around with the power pyramid being parasitical in nature.

Start by owning your own space and manifesting a karma mirror around you by knowing that every un symbiotic action against you will be turned back on the aggressor. Push energy/chi/light/kundalini into it. When that is done every attempt to attack you will in fact mirror back at them and remove their energy. There is a reason non aggression is so powerful.

Another useful thing that you might wanna add is a manifesting block on yourself that makes sure that even if your mind wants to manifest un symbiotic action you have made a commitment to not allow it. It will limit you in a way but I do not mind having a limiter around so that I do not screw up and unintentionally harm others by rash decisions or temporary anger because of external information.

That is a lie. You can have a higher energized state and not be a thief on other peoples energy thru pyramid schemes.

The whole parasitic needs to exists for symbiosis to exists is a lie. You can create a more equal system that are more slanted towards symbiosis than a power pyramid feeding the top.

Or do you mean humanity have been 100% static since we became homo sapiens sapiens. I know the yin yang is good for examining dualities but do not fall for it being the explanation for everything. If your equal darkness/light would have been correct then there would never have been Buddhas/Chosen who reached the energized state (en-lighten-ment).

The article you posted was written in 1996, and was originally an email sent from a government office in Texas.

This information is very similar to an interview (from 1992) I listened to only yesterday (!) with Val Valerian (aka John Grace) where he attempts to explain the information contained in his Matrix series. He also wrote the Krill Papers, mentioned in your article.

Apparently, Val Valerian and John Lear were colleagues and I know that Lear used to post on ATS in the past. He began on ongoing thread a few years back on a different website and recently closed this thread a few weeks ago, stating he had other commitments.

Val Valerian has had a website, Leading Edge Research Group, since the beginning of the internet, as far as I know. It was the first website I discovered back in the 90's and my homepage for a long time. Unfortunately, I haven't been there for a while and discovered this announcement yesterday:

"We stopped publishing books in 2011. Our focus then turned to exclusively managing the LE Journal Online, which is now limited to existing and former members only. A very limited time exists for us to be here. I will update the site as long as I am here and the internet works. Thank you for your patronage and best wishes in your continuing journey in reality."

I know there's always been speculation about these men being dis-info agents, controlled opposition, whatever. Personally I think they're genuine, but that's irrelevant. What concerns me is how they both have dropped out simultaneously. And why does Valerian's announcement sound more like a warning?

There's a few different tools the earth provides and your brain produces that thrust you into "reality." I could speak of such things if it weren't for the T&C.

To attest, I have had experiences with beings in my sleep, I remember on a few occasions, waking up consciously in a state of paralysis, I could feel a deep "pressure" like a vacuum, I remember being able to sense a vortex within me, my soul in other words, being "squashed". I remember trying to "wake up" but the paralysis was holding me, and the scary thing was, whenever I tried to lift my head from the pillow, I was pushed back down, as if it was an arm or a hand pushing my head back down. When I gained enough strength I was able to wake myself up and snap myself out of it.

I feel like I was not supposed to regain consciousness while whatever "procedure" was taking place.

There has been an ongoing battle for me to maintain what I call my soul, I remember when it was much deeper and within my abdomen, now, it sits higher in my chest, and sometimes I even lose my "empathy" or innate connection to the "golden rule" that is almost a part of my nature.

I work on myself mentally, and spiritually, when I make breakthroughs, I feel as if my thoughts are somehow being "reversed" or "reverted" so that I cannot gain any further energy.

On another occasion, I was on my back, and there was a very strange "beam" being directed towards me, as if "they" were trying to extract something from my body.

In addition to this, many times to I experience sudden impulses of anger/fear, when I gain the awareness to observe them, I realise that it is some kind of beam or field that is projecting a negative energy towards me. On the most extreme occasion, I woke up feeling like I had a hole in my chest and a strong burning/tingling sensation, as if they had tried to surgically extract my spiritual "heart".

In terms of the poisoning, I do remember what appeared and felt like a "finger" putting something up my nose, the following day, feeling drained and exhausted.

They seem to operate on a thin line between this reality and theirs, the only way for me to be able to remember these experiences is during the procedures in sleep paralysis, similar to the plane that one experiences when attempting to astral project, being in the "astral realm" in otherwords.

So, we have spirits/souls. and there are beings that feed upon them, and they even appear to be organised with some kind of technology, or even working with living representatives on our side to achieve their agendas.

From my point of view. The tingling is chi/light/kundalini flow meant to energize your body. The heat is a common thing that some call the flame. Yes it can be annoying when it is very much energy flowing thru your heart but the reason the energy goes there is that there is a need of energy there.

The same thing you are afraid of is the thing that people all over the planet are using to help other people become calm and try to achieve higher level of placebo effect with laying of hands tools (like reiki).

You should look up kundalini syndrome and try to find people who are knowledgeable of spiritual energy and energized body states.

Even if the unknown is scary for you it might be better if you stop having fear reaction towards whatever is happening to you. You have to deal with it either way and fear will not help.

If I where you and knew what I know now I would have sought out a Reiki practitioner that can push in more energy into your body and learn how to do it myself (or other similar energy tool). But I would want the energized state and the energy flows and that might not be something you want yet so my advice might only be good for a person who have my wants and have a body that is acting like yours.

I am not really sure what to think about this theory, but with all the madness going around there is some reason for it. I have had a few hard knocks in life, some of the tougher ones do take a lot of strength and energy out of you. Some you do bounce back stronger. When trying to make sense of things it does offer another approach to consider.

It's somehow comforting for some to think that there is some overriding something that is the cause of their misery rather than their own actions or the random nature of the world. Even though they may have no influence on that something.

Its only funny when you don't have a reference point how could anyone possibly know anything of another persons experience I've told you and plenty of others about the earthquakes and what I exposed and stopped.
It's a shame people can't understand that this is true when I have clearly shown in some of my posts exactly where to look then those same people would rather make assumptions when they can't even face the real world that we live in even when its spoon fed to people.
