Me too-they are only ever appointed to take the pressure of the President IMO-If something is going tits up,why not appoint as Tzar just in case a fall guy is needed..

Michael Osterholm from CIDRAP has made commentary on the progress in deciding if this is airborne. Apparently they are taking a through & measured approach. Whether anyone including this New Czar will pay attention remains to be seen.
