That would be situational and would depend on how serious the people and the government are about squelching the outbreak, wouldn't it?
"Without more direct help from your government, we will lose this battle against Ebola," Ms Johnson Sirleaf wrote to Mr Obama.
The US government has already committed about $100 million to tackle the outbreak by providing protective equipment for healthcare workers, food, water, medical and hygiene equipment.
The US military will build a 25-bed field hospital in Liberia to care for infected health workers but wants Liberians to run it.

Ebola outbreak: Liberian president asks Barack Obama for more help

Organization[edit]
The National Guard of the several states, territories, and the District of Columbia serves as part of the first-line of defense for the United States.[6] The state National Guard is organized into units stationed in each of the 50 states and US territories, and operates under their respective state or territorial governor. The governors exercise control through the state adjutants general.[7] The National Guard may be called up for active duty by the governors to help respond to domestic emergencies and disasters, such as hurricanes, floods, and earthquakes.[7]

I reckon consequence management is the good stuff like disposing of dead bodies and keeping people under quarantine and preventing them from leaving the country/infected cities.

b***s***...Obama and Frieden have already said they don't want to restrict travel from these countries. I haven't seen anything about our National Guard going over there to act as Liberia's TSA. I mean seriously. Don't just make crap up that sounds logical and fill in the blanks. Geeze Louise.
I was thinking better of you til you pulled this one.
