That reminds me of when we were assigned to record a story on cassette, (76-77?). Most of the class went all generic storyline. My buds and I did a
story (similar to what we see on YT all the time now, but on tape) that was along the lines of Twister. Over a decade before it was produced. Complete
with swearing and sound effects.
We got an A for originality, but were also sent to the principals office for the realism and swearing involved.
Note: Trains recorded on a cheap Casio tape recorder do sound like a tornado and you can get some really good verbal footage by throwing a case of
bottles at the wall behind your friend.
