Hello Im newish and would like to start new threads but not enough replies yet HELP PLEASE

Hi my name is Wendy and Im from UK. Been lurking on here for a while and decided to join a month ago. Ive gained some stars but not enough replies and there have been a couple of times I would have liked to start new threads but not yet able to. Do I have to have so many replies?

A bit about myself, late forties, mother at forty, lots of life experience before then. I have become more and more interested in current affairs the older Ive got and remain open minded and ready to learn new and exciting concepts. Some of the conspiracy theories are a bit too far out there for me but Im open to having my mind changed. Id love to become more involved as a ATS member and hope my fellow ATS members will help.

Hi Wendy! You only need twenty posts to start threads outside of the introduction forum. Between replying to people here and chiming in on a thread or two outside of this forum, in your area of interest... You should cross that threshold rather quickly.

If you're verbose like I am it should take about eight seconds.

Yeah the 20 replies thing is that YOU reply to 20 posts or do 20 replies total, not get 20 replies to your intro thread

By 20 posts, it only means you have to post in others posts.You don't need others to reply to you.
We seem to keep having this issue with newer members. Perhaps it needs to be clarified what this site means by posts.Welcome and good luck to you.
