Second Oklahoma Muslim Threatens to Behead Coworker; Claims He Represents ISIS

A man was recently fired from a nursing home because he apparenly threatened to cut off somebody's head.

The gentleman is now in custody in the Oklahoma City jail.

This happened Friday and the man is from Kenya, and is a Muslim.

In a bizarre coincidence, a fired Oklahoma City nursing home employee was arrested Friday after a co-worker reported he threatened to cut her head off.

Jacob Mugambi Muriithi, 30, is being held in the Oklahoma County jail on a terrorism complaint. His bail is set at $1 million.

“We take these threats very seriously,” Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater said.

Interesting and troubling at the same time.

Are people going to start saying these things if they don't like a certain employee or.....are we going to start seeing this happen on a regular basis?

The co-worker reported Muriithi threatened her while they were both working at the nursing home Sept. 19, a police detective wrote in an arrest warrant affidavit. The woman was not identified. She said Muriithi identified himself as a Muslim and said he “represented ISIS and that ISIS kills Christians,” the detective told a judge in the affidavit. The two had not worked together before.

He just said ISIS kills Christians does this woman know that ISIS has been killing Christians in ways other than beheading them?

I see where "authorities" are calling the beading "workplace violence".......a term when you think about it means very little and is a rhetorical tool.

I am actually surprised that they put him in jail under what they term as "terrorist complaint".

Judging from history I would have thought it would've been termed "threats of man made workplace violence" or something equally PC. Somebody's off their game.

This whole thing is getting out of hand. Anybody who is stupid enough to even portray themselves as a supporter of ISIS should be shipped right on over there. Do not pass go and do not collect $200. Write us all in another month and let us know how much honor there is amongst a gang of disgusting murderers. If you still have your head that is...

I wish one of them would threaten to cut off my head. I assure you I wouldn't be calling the police. Like my grandfather dose, ill leave my front door unlocked just in case someone feels lucky.

I think the thread title may be a little sensationalized. I did not see where he threatened to behead this woman. Can you point me in the right direction?

Well, the answer is obvious.

We'll have to put all Muslims in those camps.

She filed an affidavit, swore under oath. That's not unusual in cases where threats are made. The lack of mention of witnesses isn't unusual either since police would be interested in protecting any witness in a case like this.

With all of these stories coming out, what I would like is to hear and see the evidence, before I make a decision. If it turns out that such is valid, it will be very bad, as then anyone who claims to be an muslim will be suspect. The problem here now is that the Mosques, Immans and various Muslim orgainsations will have to do a lot of PR work, if not put distance between these few that are showing up out of the woodwork and themselves.

If this continues, it will go very badly, and unfortunately, it will mean that those who are innocent and out from being under surviellence, will face a tougher microscopic inspection and watching.

This is some scary stuff, like really scary. Are there organized groups of individuals plotting beheadings or more of a copycat type crime?
